Cloud Sync

I can't believe there's still no syncing to the cloud. It's pretty much the only reason why I'm neither buying the iPad nor desktop version. Otherwise, a very bittersweet 4 stars.

Vroeger gebruikte ik Things, maar nu 2Do (van Guided Ways) er is, ben ik overgestapt. 2Do is superieur aan andere GTD-apps (inclusief Things).

ToDo a GTD aplikaci je v App store neurekom, aj free. Maloktora ma vsak vacsieho brata v podobe aplikacie pre Mac, pretoze spravovat ulohy len na iPhone mi osobne absolutne nevyhovuje, vacsina mojich uloh je spojena s pracou na pocitaci, takze na nom potrebujem tieto ulohy editovat. Na iPhone potrebujem mobilnu verziu tychto uloh, ked som v terene. Tieto moje poziadavky splnili Things. Pouzivam verziu pre Mac a iPhone, synchronizacia bez problemov cez WiFi, obe zariadenia musia visiet na rovnakej sieti. Netreba zabudat, ze ide len o software, ktory treba spravne pouzivat, rovnaky vysledok sa da dosiahnut aj papierovym diarom. Zaroven tento SW nevyriesi bordel v ulohach sam od seba, je to len pomocka pre ziskanie prehladu.

Great design but needs improvement

I really like Things - it has a great design, it's easy to use, it has a great Mac and iPad versions, etc. - BUT 1) it's horrible not to have a cloud sync yet and it's ridiculous that users have to have a Mac and buy the Mac version as well to sync between two iOS devices! There are plenty of other apps out there that allows cloud sync or at least backup to send to other devices! 2) for the features offered it costs too much! I can understand the 40-50$ for the Mac edition - which is really well done - but 9.99$ for the iPhone and almost the double for the iPad is really expansive!! You are NOT worth it yet!! And what about a simple integration to Local Notifications??

Das App. "Things" hat zwar eine optisch angenehme Benutzeroberfläche (Stichwort "Look and Feel"). Da man aber nicht "over the air" synchronisieren kann, ist man mit OmniFocus besser bedient. Updates wurden oft versprochen, kommen aber nicht.

Things est assez simple mais puissant et avec une version mac, ce qui est vraiment agréable pour faire le point de toutes ses tâches. Passez à l'action !Le support est à l'écoute et super efficace Propositions pour le futur: - Joindre une image ou un enregistrement sonore - Choisir un contact pour un téléphone ou un e-mail - Couleurs différentes pour les différents domaines et mêmes couleurs pour les projets correspondant ou bien un tri dans "aujourd'hui" par domaines ?

La mejor del mercado sin lugar a duda!! Todos la han intentado copiar. Utilizala con Things para Mac y tendras la pareja perfecta. La mejor inversion en SW que pude hacer. No es barato, pero vale cada centimo.5a estrella para:Poder escoger la fecha en la que se llevo a bao la tarea, para que conste en el histórico.SYNC:MobileMe / DropBox, y la posibilidad de poder gestionar simultáneamente mas de una base de datos de Things (personal & compartida & business) o integrarías en la tuya, así como poder compartir proyectos, áreas, etiquetas incluso tareas con otras personas. OTA!!

Super user interface. Läuft auch sehr stabil.Was fehlt und deswegegen auch nur 4 Sterne ist der Cloud-Sync.

Things er en av de todo-programmene som er mest motiverende å jobbe med. Things fokuserer på å få jobben gjort, og ikke bruke tiden på å "rydde" i oppgavelisten. Sync er på vei, og desktop versjonen er kjempebra. Things er det jeg vil anbefale enhver som trår inn i Gtd-verdenen for første gang. OmniFocus for avanserte brukere.

I also have Things for iPad and OS X and all 3 versions work great. Things has really helped me organize my life. My only complaint is a lack of cloud sync. When that is released, I'll give it 5 stars.

The guys who make things must really love what they do because it shows up in the "Things" they make. Everything from this company is brilliant, from Mac Apps to iPhone Apps. Everything works brilliantly together :) And I hear that cloud sync is on the way. Yay! Thanks for Things, look forward to more great features in updates.

Igår höll ja på att dö av allt arbete jag hade. Jag har tusen saker och göra och dessa står huller om buller i mötesanteckningar i mindnode, i olika mail, sms och någonstans i bakhuvudet. Det är super att kunna strukturera upp alla arbetsuppgifter i mindre delar och känna att man har kontroll och får saker gjort. Gårdagen var en av mina mest produktiva dagar hittills. Tack.

Rigtig god app til at holde styr på ens projekter og diverse opgaver. Det kan være både privat, arbejde eller studie. Klar anbefaling specielt efter den seneste update hvor du nu kan sync'e wirelessly med din desktop version af Things (skal dog købes seperat grundet Apple's politik) og det nye icon badge der i samme stil som ved sms, mail osv. viser hvor mange opgaver der skal løses den pågældende dag. Du kan via deres hjemmeside downloade gratis en pc/mac trial af programmet og derved opleve programmet inden køb.
