Excellent. I can even use thumbs with this keyboard. Wish it was integrated with email though... Option to reply using this rather than only composing new email with it... Also integrate with SMS!

This developer did something that Apple should have done when they released the iPhone. . .allow landscape type. The lack of being able to type while holding the phone landscape is the single biggest flaw of the iPhone next to the deplorable camera and lack of video. This program works good, but is not seamless. PLEASE ADD SMS! This is definitely worth getting because I am sure future releases will make it even more usefull.

Please add the SMS functionality. Not everyone wants to wait for someone to check their email when they can send a quick SMS. Would love to have this in wide keyboard as well..please!

This app does exactly what it claims: allows you to access a landscape QWERTY keyboard for doing emails. The only thing I don't like is having to open the email, then open TT. Due to Apple's restriction on not allowing apps to run in the background TT is limited by Apple, not by itself. Perhaps in future versions of the OS they can give the user a choice of keyboards to use as a default keyboard.

5 stars for creating a landscape keyboard app. You launch the app, type your message, then select to paste your text in to a new email. It does what it needs to do for somone that prefers to author an email w/ a landscape keyboard. That's exactly and only what it does.

TouchType allows you to write an email in landscape mode, giving you better control and more accurate typing results. It doesn’t actually let you type within Mail on landscape mode, rather it let’s you compose an email, and when you hit “send,” it opens Mail and composes the new email for you using some hidden copy & paste functions that the average user doesn’t have access to. You can also use it to reply to an email. In Mail, select the email you want to reply to, hit the reply button, push the home button, open TouchType, write your reply, hit send, and TouchType will open Mail for you and insert your text into your reply email. For a mere dollar, this adds a missing feature to your iPhone’s Mail.I think it’s too much work for a simple 1 or 2 line email or reply, but is great for those “novella” emails. Well worth your dollar.

Does exactly what it says! When in the app touch the "I" for information at the top center for instructions for replying to emails. Apple should already have this as a standard on the iPhone. But thank you to this developer for stepping in!

Works well for new msg but needs to work with 1) email reply 2) it needs copy and paste. 3) needs more modern icon 4) needs to work transparent with iPhone apps If developer can solve this, the chicks with long finger nails will love you!! U like it but it needs work.

Ex-Blackberry user is soooo happy to be able to type with my thumbs again!

It astonishes me that Apple hasnt already done this but I do appreciate your effort Michael Schneider. I'm certain you'll make a few bucks off this one. Anyone who has used a Blackberry will appreciate the wider layout.
