While this is a great app, I've found that sometimes it misses locations. Case in point: there's a Shaw's supermarket right across the street and it doesn't show up under the supermarkets tab!

I've tried similar apps and this seems to find the best and most places.

Good for being free but may confuse tourists.

Showed way to many places that do not exist any more. Listed multiple movie theaters that closed down years ago, banks that closed down, and gas stations that have been closed down for at least a year now. Hope this gets fixed but for being free it does work well.

Does it job well in areas that have good locator / repeator services. Here in SoCal, 1st gen unit work almost as if they have a GPS due to the amount of towers here so no problems. It found my local watering hole right away! THANKS!

Ok this app is the first I've used that actually does its job really well. However, it needs help categorizing. One bar next to me was listed under Restaurants. It doesn't even serve food. I gave this app 5 stars because it's the only app to do this job well, but it still needs that one category tweak.

First it has major issues with location services , I had to manually leave the app to turn it on even after saying yes to the apps use location prompt, secondly and most important was it gave completely wrong directions! If I wasn't from the town I was in I would be totally lost!

How about churches?

Instead of using our current location, please make a search tab to put in our location- my address is not on any map and I live 30 minutes from the state capital. Please fix.

I give this 1 star because I have not been able to use it. If you have an ipod touch and are not at a mapped wireless hotpoint it will search endlessly without timing out and alerting you that it can't figure out where you are. Therefore it will not work in all situations, and this is not indicated in the overview / instructions. Other apps allow entering current location when this situation occurs. I would reinstall if this was fixed.

The only complaint: it'd be nice to be able to tell the app where I am in case the phone doesn't know. Sometimes it has trouble determining my location. Otherwise, excellent. ------------------------- FrigginGuy

It couldn't find the two gas stations 1 mile from me. However it found all the rest of them in the surounding area. I like the integration with google maps.
