Awesome program..You can get some really nice workout programs and you can track all your progress and get a graph too. Many exercises with link to video demostration. It is deffinetly worth it and the price is really good for what this app offers. If you are a gym people this app is a must have. Cheers to the developer.

Timers stop when backgrounded

Perfect app but timers stop running if you switch to check email in between sets. You won't find better. Updates coming out very quickly just keep making this better

No está mal, pero siendo sinceros es mucho mejor el Gymgoal porq aparte ese si viene en español, y el "Todo en uno" trae incuido todos los ejercicios de esta app y muchas más cosas

Amazing program and use it every time I work out.One suggestion, the "Enter data/ Pencil-ikon" button should be larger as this is the most frequently used button in my opinion. This will enhance the user friendliness of the program.Thanks again

What a great idea! And pretty well thought through, even with a break timer. Only one point for improvement - the weight monitor should also convert to kilogramm as some people like me are not familiar with pounds.

Still using the app, can't imagine training without this anymore. Great export feature to discuss on forums e.g.Got full control over myself with iFitness during work outs.Again, thank you for frequent updates.

Not much to criticize, very detailed workout and good routines. Maybe add more routines and smoothen out the UI icons a bit as they look very upscaled. Great app!

This is one of the most "useful" apps there is.It has in detail what each exercise is (how to execute) and notes what muscel groups you're working on for that exercise. It also contains routine work outs for specific goals you may have in mind like losing weight, toning or simply just getting massive. Doesn't matter if you're a beginner or a gym junkie.Just pure awesome.

Bueno después de ya casi año y medio funcionando con esta aplicación la abandono por completo, mis peticiones por que la traduzcan al español no han ido a ninguna parte y casualmente e descubierto otra aplicación llamada "GymGoal" que esta muy bien es igual a esta o incluso mucho mejor, no te corta la música cuando quieres ver una demo de un ejercicio, etc y que contreas que esta en ESPAÑOL que es mi idioma y punto.Una pena! supuestamente volveré si el idioma español aparece!
