Great App, could be even more useful with some changes  By: long duffy - Nov 5, 2010 Version: 9.77 This is a very useful,entertaining, and most of all motivating program. It hasmotivated me to get to the gym when I didn't want to, and keptworking out when I felt like slacking. There are some minor changes that that would make a major difference and help significantly.1) I wish it would allow the user to rename a saved custom exercise.To change the name, I have had to delete entire custom exercise(having first written down the workouts), create one with the newname, then re-enter all the workouts under that name. That is acumbersome process.2) I have an ipod touch, and my gym does not have a wi-fi connection.I appreciate that they allow us to save the videos to our ipods.However, to save all the videos, I must go into each individualexercise. This becomes a hassle when I'm at the gym and I want to seethe video for an exercise I haven't downloaded the video for. I wouldlove it if they could create a button "download all videos." 3) The videos are extremely helpful and I would like to see more ofthem. There are some exercises that have up to 4 steps that don't havean associated video. If they added more videos, that would be helpfulto me. Or alternatively if they allowed us to import videos that would equally helpful4) When I am in the Log Entry screen of a custom workout, there is agreat feature that allows me to swipe left or right to the Log Entryscreen of the adjacent exercise. I want this abilitywith the exercises on the front page (abdominals, arms, etc) and withthe "exercises by muscle" screen (to select specific muscle group fromthe skinned man and be able to live-scroll through the Log Entryscreens that are grouped together there).I emailed them these requests on 10/14/10, and it's now 11/5/10 and I have had no response or acknowledgement of the email. I hope someone reads it hear and considers these changes to this great program. I would even be willing to pay more money for it with these changes incorporated.

This is the only gym buddy I need!  By: Joey_C - Nov 5, 2010 Version: 9.77 I've had this App since the first release and it's constantly updated and improved! Makes it well worth the money alone. Plus it is very useful when recording your lifts. I'd say even faster than writing in a notebook plus it graphs it for you! Keep the new excercises coming. Just needs a few common ones that were omitted like one arm dumbell triceps extensions, etc. But all in all, I can't complain about this app. It is truly awesome. Keep up the good work, medical productions!

Great app but needs a few changes  By: Mikass007 - 5-Sep-2010 Version: 9.74 I've had this app for 6 months now and I love it. But...there's always a but. There needs to be a few changes or add-ons. We should be able to edit an exercises set/rep to allow for descending sets. Also we should be able to group exercises together for supersets. Another nice feature would be the ability to input the weight amount you will be using for any upcoming workout. You shouldn't have to input that during your workout. As a user I should be able to completely setup a workout a few days before and all I would have to do is hit one or two buttons after completing (or failing)a set. Not the constant changing weights/reps for each set that we do now. Besides that the app is great and the constant updates are a real treat. Keep up the great work and hopefully down the road I will see these features added. Thanks!

Great app  By: Limalimus - 02-Oct-2010 Version: 9.75 But frequently if I have previously looked at a stretch, then move to another exercise it will stick on the stretch photograph but give me the correct video exercise and I have to close and reopen the app.Quite annoying for a work out.There also should be a favourites tab for exercises. So don't need go look through all exercises to log what you've done. (I thought this would already be on here, so I might not be looking hard enough)Add these & it's definitely 5 star app. Big variety of exercises, more videos needed on all exercises, but yes, great for logging and bmi and range.Thanks.

Did notice a spelling mistake in the "Hanging leg raise" can't remember now what it was but it's there.Also it would be nice to create labels on the body weight graphs to indicate different time periods such as birthdays, weekends away, Christmas, sickness etc as it would give a better indication as to why weight was put on during those time periods.

By: Skuldskuld - 13 oct. 2009 Version: 9.44 J'ai acheté cet appli en début d'année et j'ai été vraiment surpris par le nombre de mises à jour effectuées afin de rendre l'application plus riche.Il y a sans cesse de nouveaux exercices, de nouvelles vidéos. Seule chose qui manquait, c'était le français afin de comprendre plus facilement, et c'est chose faite.Cet appli est unique, sans cesse enrichie pour un même et ridicule prix, ce qui rare sur l'appstore.Merci au professionalisme des developpeurs !

I don't have either in my area for my ipod. Difficult to figure app out. I ride my bike, couldn't figure out how to log that exercise activity.

Great app, needs just a few more things..  By: niklasj - 09-Sep-2010 Version: 9.74 Love this app, all the features listed are tops! However, I wish that when you log your training the help was better... Took me a while to realise how to actually record each module and the only big gripe I have is that it doesn't make any sense at all why I have to enter the weight used when doing the ab exercises for example; I'm lying on a mattress on the floor using nothin by my self, there's no way I could know what proportion of my weight is used as counter weight. Please either remove weight when "free training" or at least automatically calculate the proportion used..Last thing, please take into account how many sets of each rep I do, I always do 3 x 12 and think the data would be inaccurate if it only does the median of just one set of 12 reps..Other than that, perfect fitness app!!!

Good and organized app!  By: LxGrim ReaperxJ - Nov 4, 2010 Version: 9.77 But I just don't know where to start, I need to burn fat and gain muscle but I can't afford the many machines on here I know I can go jogging but I want to tone my body and gain muscles but not so much only to where I have a 6 pack and pretty muscular and with my day so busy I barely have enough time to go to the gym, so any advice would help.
