Still a little sketchy, images of some of the exercises don't match the description and video's not available for every workout, listening to music in the background - watch a video - music does commence, but overall a cool app for anyone who uses the gym on a regular basis. Features I like : record individual sessions, video when available, record overall work out data.

Are we still living in the 50's? You think people would get confused if they saw a woman lifting weights in addition to the mighty men? I wouldn't have bought the program if I had known it would be a macho gym. Thank god my real life gym has male and female teachers to learn from. Get with the program guys.

I still didn't get if they are nicking the exercise images from the web somewhere. People are paying for this, take your own "good quality" photos. I didn't find it very useful. It's not my first time in the gym, and I was expecting something new. The web is full of better, more valuablel, more interesting exercices.I think you will like this only if you are a beginner, and you have the memory of a gold fish where u need to look at the exercices while doing them.I hope in the near future there would be MAJOR improvements on this; it might have a chance. The ability to keep a long in each exercise might interest some people.

Awesome app. I never go t the gym without it. Gave me lots of new exercises when I've hit plateaus and best thing is, you can export your logs to Excel worksheets, print them out, and compare and set goals!
