(Writing in English for the benefit of the developers)I've used this for various Skype and SIP services. The interface is nice, but the actual implementation of the communication is a tad lacking. Calls are routed through Fringland servers, which adds a delay to everything. Support at fring.com have said this is how the service works, because they do not want to re-implement a SIP stack for each new device the app is available for.I'd pay for an upgraded version where they've bothered to actually implement some proper protocols. I can't use Fring to accept calls to my home VoIP number with the current delays.

Realmente es una excelente aplicación que todos deberían tener en su iPhone. Poder usar Skype sin tener que estar en el PC es fabuloso.

Es buena pero hay una manera mejor de llamar por VoIP

Es un buen programa pero la mejor opción para llamadas a través de internet es jajah.com. Es una webapp y en consecuencia puedes usar tanto 3G como WiFi para hacer las llamadas.

Great idea for an app. Obviously works for some people.I so want to give it 5 stars, but...I cannot sign into skype at all. And that's the only reason I would want this app.Just get error messages.Using 3G iPhone in HK. Any suggestions welcome.

Habt ihr schon mal das geöffnete Fring mit dem offenen Skype-Fenster am Pc verglichen? Da sind bei mir viel mehr Kontakte online als in Fring angezeigt wird! Wie kann das sein? So hab ich mir das aber nicht vorgestellt! Schade... G. Monty Burns

Program was fantastic for the first few weeks, but lately, there have been some serious issues with Skype. It won't connect me any more. I've tried connecting with Skype desktop. No problems. I've tried with Skype's iPhone client. No problems. I try with IM+... Problems. For those of you who are intending to buy this app for Skype... one word of advice... DON'T. Sort out the issues please guys to make this app a worthwhile purchase!

Nagyszerűen működik, a céges Asterisk SIP központtal is, de akár neophone előfizetéssel is. Kár, hogy csak egy sip account regisztrálható, de azért ez többnyire elég :) Már csak az Apple notfikációs megoldása kell, hogy az üzenetek/hívások akkor is bejöjjenek amikor a fring nem fut...

5 Sterne wenn endlich Chat Räume für Aim und Skype funktionieren würde. Eigentlich wäre mir die App 4 Sterne wert. Da aber bei der neuen Meldung ein Ton ertönt und dieser auch nicht abschaltbar ist, gebe ich nur 2 Sterne! Es fehlt außerdem noch einiges: Links im Browser öffnen. Chat Gruppen/Räume

Had problem setting up account @ start as my Gmail account has a . in in but got around it by looking @ fring's blog they are working on Fix. Called someone on Skype ! Spot on ! Google talk still needs a bit of work but over all its a great first go and will only get better with more people using it and finding issues so fring team can locate bugs and feature requests . Twitter also not bad. WOULD pay for the APP ! well done fring
