Great but needs alerts

I gotta say that this does pretty much everything I need and is really easy to use. My only complaint is that it doesn't have an alerts function. Something along the lines of an SMS style alert - as in a springboard popup - would be perfect.

This is a good and reliable app with many options to customize user preferences in iPhone settings. Synchronization with Mac works through Toodledo. Tasks are easily added and edited with the Toodledo widget on the Mac dashboard or on the Toodledo website. Subscribing to a personal Toodledo website makes Tasks and To-Do's show up in iCal. They can't be edited, but at least they show up.

Zeer gebruiksvriendelijk, heerlijk dat je tags en context kunt aanmaken en daarop kunt sorteren. Het internet programma Toodledo ook goed. mogelijkheid tot gadget op je igoogle homepage. Geen 5 sterren ivm geluid/alarm mogelijkheid instellen en een niet volledig eigen te maken beginpagina. Maar verder TOP!

Dieses App ist unvergleichbar besser als Things, das ich leider gekauft habe. Die Möglichkeit Icons zu Tags zuzufügen, macht das Programm individuell gestaltbar. Ich finde die Art des Filterns der Aufgaben einfach gelöst - als Liste. Ich habe bei keinem anderem To Do Programm die Voice Memo Funktion gesehen. Mir feht nur die Projekt-Taste. Wo ist sie? Es ist die wichtigste Funktion für mich, da meine Aufgaben für Uni, z.B. Hausarbeit aus vielen, vielen Teilaufgaben bestehen. Hat vielleicht jemand schön die Hersteller angeschrieben?

某GTDツールに比べ、いくつか弱点（タスクの依存関係、自動シンクなど）があるものの、基本的な機能は押さえてますし、画面も見やすいです。最新のバージョンでは日付同期も修正されているので、手放せないアプリになりました。コストパフォーマンスでは文句なしのアプリだと思います。

Very good app which sync perfectly with toodledo and I use even the iCal notification by subscribing to my toodledo account....very useful..and just for 59p

It's a great ToDo app, but if we have to wait much longer for Push Notification and Repeat Tasks like nearly every review below me has requested, you're going to get more lower-star reviews, and thus fewer new customers! Toodledo's own app has them, so I might have to switch to theirs if the updates don't come soon here... Also a way to hide certain categories we might not use would be great - because there are many and "priorities" is far down, I have to keep scrolling down within every task to change my priority, and that's the main category I alter. Yet I rarely add a context, tag, or project marker. I also agree with another review that it would be helpful to be able to see some kind of indication on the main list page that there is a note attached to a todo item, or the first line of the note. Would also love to rearrange items within each priority to my own liking, not just alphabetically or chronologically. Those latter requests are picky things, but even just update the main two requests of everybody - Push and Repeat - , and you'll probably get 5 stars from most everyone - including me!

Functional and Easy

I've been a Zenbe user for several months now and decided to give this application a try when it became free. So far, I've stopped using Zenbe and reverted to this application as my GTD application. Zenbe is great and has the same level of functionality in my opinion, however I find Ultimate Todos easier to use and visually appealing. For the price (free), I cannot fault this applicaiton.Edit:Good update. I really heavily rely on this app but I would like to request, if possible to add the following:- calendar monthly/weekly/daily view (like Outlook)- alarm notificationsI would pay for this software again just for these additional features.

This app is amazing! But I think it's high time the design of the app changed, such as the icon. I would also like a calendar added which could be rotated in landscape for a weekly view, and have an option for a daily view, and one for the calendar altogether. Looking forward to the next updates, thank you!

Dieses Programm ist m.E. die perfekte Aufgabenverwaltung. Kategorien und Einstellmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden - die Benutzung simpel und gut durchdacht. Eines der wenigen Programme, dass sich auch nach einer gewissen Zeit noch auf meinem iPhone befindet und auch auf Dauer bleiben wird. 5 Sterne!

However, 3 requests : 1/ A french version. 2/ the option to send all or parts of the to do list by e-mail (and automatically, for example each morning at 6am). 3/ the possibility to create repetitive tasks. Many thanks.

Great to-do application

Full featured to-do app, has many ways of separating and organising tasks. The app has a clean user interface, is quick to launch and easy to use. Developer has included "Help" section to uninitiated, but is so simple to use anyway. Settings section is also excellent, allowing user to choose badge settings and startup page. Highly recommended!

Waiting for a OVERDUE update!

I used to love this app. Really well designed and useful. However, I've been waiting for this to support push notifications and hopefully MobileMe calendar sync for a very long time. This app hasn't been update in a while... kind of disappointing... I would definitely change the rating to 5 starts once it's been updated.

Well, this one just blows the others out of the water. It runs blazingly and and syncs fast too. Doesn't need an app on your Mac or PC, uses The Cloud. Highly customizable, with Projects, Contexts and GTD-style Statuses. Ridiculous for the price!! I just deleted my old $10 beast and replaced it seamlessly with this $1 rocket. And all my data was already on ToodleDo so migrating was trivial. Well done.

Don't waste your time to try those todo. $0.99, BUY IT!!!!

I've been trying few todo. I never happy with any of them. When im just about to pay $9.99 then I saw this on sale. Its surprisingly well made with a lot of settings.The only thing I dun like is I can't have custom order for my todo list. :-)

Zeer handig programma! Multifunctioneel vanwege de vele mogelijkheden om door middel van de 3 prioriteitenniveaus en de 42 erg fraaie icoontjes voor "tags" en " contexts" oneindig veel sorteringen te maken. Ik gebruik het programma nu zelfs als agenda. In het begin is het even puzzelen hoe alles werkt, maar daarna wil je nooit meer iets anders. Ook het synchroniseren met Toodledo werkt feilloos, bijwerken vanaf de desktop is daardoor ook mogelijk. Veruit het beste programma op dit gebied dat ik ken, zeker veel meer dan 5 sterren waard!
