Faszinierend!

Eigentlich habe ich nur nach einem kleinen Tool gesucht, mit dem ich wichtige Dinge speichern und mich später wieder daran erinnern lassen kann. Als ich mich dann näher mit diesem Thema beschäftigte, wurde ich fast erschlagen: GTD, David Allen, Life Hacking, und ein Riesenangebot an Applikationen mit ebenso vielen Funktionalitäten. Da öffnet man einen vermeintlichen Wandschrank, und findet dahinter einen ganzen Komplex aus riesigen Lagerhallen. Ich wollte doch nur ein kleines Erinnerungstool. Nach der Lektüre von diversen Bewertungen habe ich mir schließlich testweise Ultimate Todos runtergeladen, für 79c kann man nicht viel falsch machen. Leer macht das Tool nicht viel her, aber man trägt die ersten Dinge ein, spielt mit den Attributen rum, bastelt sich neue Kontexte, und nach einer Woche konnte ich es mir schon nicht mehr aus dem Alltag wegdenken und benutze es für alles Mögliche. Das Tool bietet viele Wege, „Tasks“ zu verwalten, zu priorisieren und zuzuordnen, gibt dabei aber keine feste Arbeitsweise vor, was ich als sehr positiv empfinde. Weiter unten fragte jemand, was der Unterschied zwischen Tags und Contexts sei - das hängt ganz von euch ab, macht daraus, was ihr wollt und wie ihr es braucht. Als Kontexte benutze ich beispielsweise „Computer“, „Einkaufszettel“ oder „Verliehene Dinge“, während ich bei den Tags einen für „Tägliche Aufgaben“ verwende. Alles in allem ein einfaches und trotzdem sehr nützliches und deswegen faszinierendes Tool, das mir im Alltag wirklich weiterhilft, ohne stundenlange Einarbeitungszeit oder umfangreiche Lektüre zu benötigen. Und dabei fast geschenkt!

A nice app to have especially those of you who are looking for task management. I've been searching such app from other potential apps available but this seems fulfill my needs. Wouldn't mind to buy as well!

Un gestionnaire de tâches amplement suffisant. Très rapide à prendre en main. 2 améliorations attendues : - paramétrer la langue (bien que l'anglais ne pose pas de problème particulier) - paramétrer le Dashboard (histoire d'y mettre mes propres filtres). Bref pour le prix, c'est sincèrement un rapport qualité prix imbatable !

This app makes a lot of sense. It was clear from day one how to use each of the views on the bottom navigation. I'm sure that the dashboard is useful to some people, though I stick with contexts and projects. It is fast (on 3GS, haven't tried on an older version) and there aren't a lot of interface quirks.I haven't tried the pro trial of Toodledo, like list sharing, so I don't know how the support is there. With the free version, the syncing had been flawless.Good work guys. This has really improved my effectiveness.

Nearly the Ultimate ToDo

The addition of projects has been brilliant!! This would be the ultimate ToDo if it had the following features in the audio notes:- Pause function in the playback.- Scan slider in playback.- Pause/Resume in recording.- Append to existing recording.The overwrite feature is great as it saves you typing in the name again.Add these features and you have a 5 star app for sure!!Some more icons would be good to, or the ability to somehow add additional ones.

After days of stunned denial that there was no included to do list bundled with the iPhone I downloaded a wide variety of free and pay todo list apps. There remain many that I have not tried, but this one does everything I need and more, and at a great price. I am very pleased.

Ik heb de app nu twee dagen en het is mijn favoriet. Beter dan andere apps. Sync met toodledo gaat soepel. Instellen zodat je ziet wat je wilt ook. Outlook en toodledo kunnen syncen. Dus da's relaxt. Kortom voor deze prijs (€0,-) gewoon pakken.

Super App, besser als das Original, nur die deutsche Lokalisierung und die automatische Synchronisierung fehlt, ansonsten top!!!!

Personalisable a souhait

Un peu brouillon au début, ça m'a pris une bonne grosse demi heure pour en comprendre les ficelles. En anglais c'est vrai même si les jours de la semaine s'affiche en français. On peut ensuite créer ses onglets pour trier les tâches selon sa volonté. Je parle même pas des options que l'on veut ou non. (pages d'ouverture, les drapeaux, les étoiles , l'importance, le context et j'en passe. ) Facile de prise en main, vraiment, je conseil quand même ce temps d'adaptation qui me semble important pour vraiment profiter du produit. Et pas cher vu ce que j'ai pu voir a des tarifs plus important.

Really great app, allows you to customise it a fair bit - eg you can select which items show up on the notifications badge (like when you get a new mail) or chose for it not to show at all, really handy!

No recurring tasks?

Was excited about using this until I tried to set up a recurring task. There is no functionality for this. Am is supposed to buy a 14.95 per year subscription to toodledo in order to do this? Should have read through more reviews before buying.

Hopes on next update(1.5?)!!!!

Auto sync option at startup with toodledo.Auto sync option at shutdown with toodledo!!!!!!OR Shake to sync option!!!!!!!!!!(same as touch todo!)and I want to sync with toodledo's "Manage Folder" options which can hide archived folders.Now I have to see all project which has already finished!If these options are built in, ultimatetodos will be "ULTIMATE" todo app.

Provides everything you would reasonably expect from a To Do Application at a sensible price. Ability to create a task quickly by voice is excellent. Please note I don't use synchronisation so you should check other reviews if this is a critical requirement.

This task management application is in one word: Perfect. I waited 6 months to come along something this good to do all I need. Easily better than the similar apps that sell around $10. The only possible 2 improvements could be 1-adding a "Calendar Month View" to keep track of the monthly business activities.2- Adding "Due Time" to the deadlines to better keep track of the meetings & appointments. Keep up the excellent work.

Wirklich gelungen und schön bunt. Wo kann ich denn wiederkehrende Aufgaben einstellen? Habe ich nicht gefunden. Finde ich eine der wichtigsten Optionen für eine ToDo Liste! Dann noch in Deutsch und die fünf Sterne sind verdient. Und Deutsch ist wichtig!! Die Programme hier werden von Deutschen genutzt also haben sie auch in deutsch zu sein!! ;)

Je confirme, une bonne appli mais, s'il-vous-plaît, une version FRANCAISE (même si mon anglais n'est pas des plus mauvais) !!! A juste titre, cette application est classée dans "productivité" et honnêtement, on est toujours plus productif dans sa langue natale, non? Je ne veux pas en changer mais une adaptation française assez rapide m'éviterait de basculer du côté obscur ;-) Si en plus, messieurs les programmeurs, vous pouvez ajouter la possibilité de programmer une alarme, alerte pour les événements à venir, ce serait super.Please, a french version!!

This application syncs with Toodledo cleanly. Overall, wven without Toodledo, it is an excellent application. Get it now before the price goes up. Excellent value!
