at the price of .99 cents, this app is a bargain.you get a descent task management application that has the the features of similar application costing $10.00 or more.sure it's not perfect, it would benefit from additional features that will make it unbeatable at any price range.i wish the developer would add a simple checklist like grocery list. also an inbox where you can easily input todos for processing later. as it is right now when you input a task without context or tags, it lands in the "all" task list.syncing with outlook will be awesome.

Pero si realmente kieres algo serio/bien en esta app NO lo vas a encontrar. Por diez pesitos esta bn si kieres algo sensillon. Peace out! Y el k esta abajo k le dijo menso al otro no empieces a insultar no estas en tu barrio bravo. Naco!

The ability to sync the actions into iCal via Toodledo is great. Quick startup. Edit your start screen. Voice recording. Love it.I'm just missing notifications. That way you get things done, and just not typed in.Really the best to do app.

This is a very good s/w that helps me remind myself for outstanding actions.Future Development: Add auto reminder at the main pafe for due/overdue actions.Error: I found that completed actions always remarked the date as Jan 1. This can't be changed too. Not sure if I made any mal- setup.

I've tried several free & paid to-do apps - nothing comes close to the usability and feature set of Ultimate Todos for the price. In the space of 30 minutes I put dozens of tasks into it without any problems - the sync with ToodleDo works flawlessly. I've paired this up with the ToodleDo dashboard widget and have now got a very powerful and slick GTD setup.

It would be VERY productive to have a (simple?) feature: to be able to reorder the project lists. Despite reirdering will make no practical difference for sync with Toodledo, it would be much nicier to review projects, for instance.

Great no-nonsense GTD todo app that synchs with toodledo. Wish list to earn fifth star:- add (popup) reminders- allow to sort next-action list (& others) by priority- add option to filter the tags list by context and vice versa (e.g: I dont want to see the business (context) phone calls i have to make when I am at home and I select my Call tag.- more cool icons? :)

태그 기능도 좋고-심플한 상태에서 확장성도 매우 좋네요.아이팟 터치를 업무 보조용으로 산거라제일 먼저 찾아본게 GTD 프로그램인데.. Things 보다 이게 훨씬 좋은 것 같네요.

I’ve moved on.. There have been no updates to this app in almost a year and I get no response to emails sent to the developer. I even asked if they had abandoned the app with no response. I just purchased 2Do: A Stunning To do List with Push and Sync. It’s fantastic with every feature you could imagine and updates come out regularly. A bit pricey, but I think it was well worth it. Too bad, this app had potential but now falls way short of the features on newer apps.

This is a very good app. I have "things" which i paid a fair bit for, and i use this over things because of the online sync ability. Things has no way to sync with windows which makes it a bit useless. This does all the same things and more for a fraction of the price.

Cumple todas las expectativas de lo que dice. El único pero (que lo especifican claramente) es que no puedes sincronizar directamente con microsoft outlook, sino que primero tienes que sincronizar con toodledo (abriendo previamente una cuenta gratuita) y luego hay una aplicación que te descargas al pc y sincronizas la información almacenada en toodledo con el outlook. La versión de esta aplicación es de otro proovedor es beta y no te aseguran que funciona perfectamente. yo la he probado y al modificar el nombre de alguna, no las asigna del todo bien, pero va bastante bien. Se recomienda hacer copia de seguridad de las tareas previamente. En fin, la aplicación funciona muy bien pero siguen fallando en la sincronización con outlook.
