l'idee est excellente..pouvoir telecharger le harrison, labs 360....des dictionnaires et les faire communiquer entre eux. Il se trouve que j'ai pu acheter life support 360 a 9euro pour i phone la semn derniere. Entre temps leur politique commerciale a changée et il n'est plus possible de telecharger de maniere definitive sur support i phone tous les livres proposés. les autres plateformes le permettent, mais si vous possedez un iphone vous devez souscrire un abonnement.. le harrison est propose a 60 euro version standart..(que vous ne pouvez plus obtenir) mais a 45euro valable 1 an. apres il faut repayer le montant de l'abonnement 45 euros.Faites vite le calcul si vous voulez acheter plusieurs livres et la note sera tres salee au final.Il ne s'agit en rien d'un probleme de compatibilite puisque j'ai pu faire un achat standart auparavant,mais bien d'une politique commerciale qui prend le possesseur de iphone pour une vache a lait....Sans moi,alors que le concept est excellent en soi..

Good app but when you buy software from skyscape you buy a subscription which expires after a crrtain period.Pda software doesnt expire ever!

Modules called "resources" cost an arm & leg, even then it's only an annual subscription. Free "resources" mainly useful for internal medicine docs. Not a single free module for Ortho.

Finally what i was waiting for! Had these books for Palmos and they did great for my profession (anesthesia)! Hope the books will be entirely downloaded without needing constant access to the net! Keep up with the good job at skyscape

Uso muy poco claro, quedas mareado con los menus, y solo sirve de cebo para comprar productos carisimos que al cabo de un año quedan bloqueados si no vuelves a pagar el "rescate". Lo he quitado del iphone despues de usarlo solo dos dias. No lo recomiendo.

Opzich heeft het potentieel. Echter veel producten van skyscape zijn nog niet te gebruiken op de iPhone (alleen voor palm of windows mobile). Zou bv graag de ACC richtlijnen op mijn iPhone willen hebben.

When every other platform gets the skyscape books you buy for it for a non limited period, iphone users get it for one year! i wanted to buy the 5 minutes clinical council, its subscription based. what a rip off! for the same price you buy the book. its more then a rip off, its a spit in the face! anti-iphone users policy. When i asked why its like this, i was told "everybody else offers the same deal".

Good selection of titles but terribly expensive as the titles disappear as soon as the period of subscription is over.(which is usually one year). The oxford handbooks are better value for money as they are not time limited.

Ich benutzte die App seit 1 Monat. Tadellose Funktion. Nach Registrierung hat man kostenfreien Zugang zu drei medizinischen Handbüchern: Archimedes, ein medizinischer Kalkulator mit allen wichtigen Indices, iphonegerecht aufbereitet. OCM ist ein suchbares Lehrbuch über die wesentlichen Krankheitsbilder und RX drugs gibt rasch Auskunft über ein gesuchtes Präparat. Im kostenpflichtigen Bereich findet man noch eine Unzahl von fachbezogenen E- Handbüchern und CME Services, die ich nicht beurteilen kann, da mir die Preise für ein E book zu hoch erscheinen. Für Mediziner ist aber die App. jedenfalls zu empfehlen. Man kann sich so ein professionelles medizinisches E Book Angebot im deutschsprachigen Raum derzeit nur wünschen.
