Great and simple! By: ManKar - Oct 17, 2008 Version: 1.0 Thank you for the great and free app. Unfortunately, for mobileMe users like my self, photo dialer apps like this and the rest are plagued with losing your contacs when mobileMe updates it's contacts via push.
Really good By: BradyCabe - Oct 17, 2008 Version: 1.0 Lots of fun features. One suggestion, remove the favorites/settings bar from the bottom and put a little "I" icon like most other apps. I think it would look all the more slick.
Thanks! By: iMurka - Oct 16, 2008 Version: 1.0 Very nice app!
Awesome start... By: Jon_Quixote - Oct 16, 2008 Version: 1.0 This is perfect for us visual types who don't prefer lists. I like being able to select from different picture frames and I love the animations. I also like that it pulls my contacts and their photos right from my existing contact list rather than recreating functionality like so many other apps do.Some suggestions:-The first thing that struck me was that the icon is somewhat plain. A bit of color wouldn't hurt.-The phone badges are handy for distinguishing between mobile, work, etc, but the "Black on White" looks like a paper cutout against full color photos of my contacts and a black background. Yes, I can select "White on Black" in the settings, but maybe it could automatically make the adjustment when I pick a background? And what about badges with transparent instead of solid color backgrounds?-The two and three-tap menus should be combined into one menu for simplicity and speed of access. Don't worry about including all the numbers or all the e-mail addresses of a contact, that's why we already have a full-featured contact app built right into the iPhone.-Finally, and most importantly, I think we need another way of accessing those two and three-tap menus other than multiple taps. The delay this causes between tapping a contact and dialing their number is substantial enough that it's annoying. A two-fingered tap perhaps? This is multitouch, after all.Overall, a great start guys. With a few minor tweaks and improvements it could be an awesome hit. Keep it up!
Perfect By: Buck615 - Oct 16, 2008 Version: 1.0 Just what I needed. It's great it dials right away and I got them all in one screen and no more taking space on my iPhone screen to have 3 or 4 different speed dial icons.
