Añadiría ejercicios más específicos en pesas como "leg workout" o en cardiovascular "interval training". He podido manejar mi peso con mucha precisión por más de un año. Genial aplicación.

The app is very usefull, online sync is very good, so I can share the info on iPhone and iPad. I also like the additional content on authors web site. I recommend this app!

Good app  By: Report a Concern - Version: Needs to have a copy feature and should save individual workouts for later use
Great app  By: Jolisawilliams - 29-Mar-2011 Version: 2.4.1 Really useful, easy to use, great database of foods. Would like option to change amounts more readily ie: the serving size or type. For example if you've had 1/2 tsp of oil it's very hard to track if the serving size is in tbsp and only tbsp. On the main version you could just flip to tsp or ml or whatever.Highly recommended however!
Great product  By: Report a Concern - Version: This app is great! I am someone with very little discipline when it comes to a craving. For whatever reason this app has givin me the focus and discipline I have needed. It is so easy and quick to use, you can select from the database or customize when you need to. I am pleased with my progress:)

Don't know what some other reviews were talking about cos you can edit previous dates easily. The only problem with it is that sometimes it duplicates an entry & crashes occasionally.
