As an Australian I'm disappointed that version 2.0 still ignores the Celsius unit setting and does36 hour forecasts in Fahrenheit. That's the kind of inconsistency that you'd expect would get fixed at this stage. Maybe nobody in the US notices?

Aquellos que dicen que no sirve para Mexico, están equivocados. No con código postal obviamente, pero si escribiendo la ciudad (sin acentos). El problema de la aplicación no radica en eso, sino en la limitada funcionalidad para ciudades fuera de Estados Unidos, de las buenas y muy completas funciones de la aplicación; como la imposibilidad de ver videos para ciudades mexicanas, no alertas de clima severo, ni pronostico de 36hrs en sistema metrico, etc. La aplicacion pues, no es mala, pero si de poca utilidad en Mexico. Prefiero utilizar la version web del Weather Channel y no ocupar espacio con otra aplicacion poco practica.

He buscado y releido varias veces la ayuda, asi como los trucos, pero no hay forma conseguir el tiempo en grados Celsius. Imagino que como es la primera version, se mejorará en las proximas, pues el producto de momento esta más orientado al mercado Anglosajon, que para una version prevista para llegar a un mercado mundial

After awhile mapfeatures stopped working and coouldn'tmanage favourites only able to add to list. Have deleted it and may try loading it again.

The mimimum that I expect from a weather application is reasonably accurate information. The Weather Channel application doesn't meet this minimum standard, in fact its weather information is so inaccurate I consider it dangerous.It is OK during 'normal' weather, ie weather typical for the current season. But it can't handle anything unusual - which is exactly when you need weather information most! During the recent Melbourne heat wave, its daily predictions were 9° too low - it was predicting a maximum of 35° when it was actually 44° (exactly as predicted by the BoM). The hourly view was inaccurate by as much as 15° - it appears to be based on typical daily patterns rather than actual data. So when at 6pm the temperature was 42° it was predicting 27°. If you were foolish enough to rely on this application for weather information, you could actually put your health and safety at serious risk.Current temperature is more accurate, but is quite delayed. This is noticeable for cool changes - as is typical for Melbourne - the other day a cool change hit at around 4pm, dropping the temperature from 44° to 33° in a few minutes. But at 6pm The Weather Channel was showing the temperature as 42°; I think it took about three hours for it to catch up. The first question any Melburnian has about hot weather is 'has the cool change hit yet?'. This software cannot answer that for you.The horribly inaccurate information of The Weather Channel gave me newfound respect for the work that the Bereau of Meteorology does. Use an application that gets its information from the BoM, and avoid this one at all costs.
