Reviews:
Works By: Dr up urs - Dec 5, 2009 Version: 3.0 I works great with iPhone 2g on Att without a data plan. All you have to do is follow the included configuration instructions at somewhere with Internet and that's it! I'm writing this review at Starbucks right now :). Pro: works! One time configuration. Pretty cheap for a very useful app (as compared to paying an additional $20 a month for a data plan)Con: the program kept saying that it had an error connecting to it's servers to save my telephone number but after 3 tries, it works flawlessly without any more interventions. Also, when my phone locks and resprings, I would have to run easy wifi for AT&T to log back online. This is an unconvience but i think this issue has more to do with Apple and not the developer for this program. Conclusion: best app I have ever bought in iTunes
Good for airports. By: Jeanie324 - Dec 1, 2009 Version: 3.0 That's where I use it the most.
Works like a charm! By: psteve - Nov 25, 2009 Version: 3.0 Great app! I hated going into starbucks and even the "free wifi, send u a link in a text message", didn't work for me, and I had to enter my user name a password each time. Now I can go in and click on this app and wa la! I'm surfing the net...I highly recommend.
Worked great until the update around 23 Dec By: rftjr - Nov 8, 2009 Version: 3.0 Now it works not at all. Reported the problem, let's see what the developer has to say. This problem has been reported on the website as well.
Works for me... By: v17 - Nov 1, 2009 Version: 3.0 So far, no issues here. Works just fine and does what it says.

Perfect! Thank you!! By: TwonkyJMA - Oct 20, 2009 Version: 3.0 Great idea and worked great this morning.
Easy Wi-Fi for AT&T iPhones By: RB Ranch - Oct 13, 2009 Version: 3.0 Wow! Easily installed, with no problems. I now go into my favorite coffee shop, touch the screen and in seconds am connected to their DSL Wi-Fi! Nothing to it! Quite a time saver. I love it.
Great start, but needs location svcs By: Daaron - Oct 8, 2009 Version: 3.0 Useful app, but it needs a better way to find hotspots. How about using the iPhone's location services to list nearby hotspots, and then Google maps to help me find them? Currently, the app just links to AT&T's website, which is a chore to use.
Deleted By: Platinym - Sep 27, 2009 Version: 3.0 No longer needed now that Apple includes this function in their software. It works behind the scenes with no configuration needed. It was a good app when I needed it before Apple's updated software. Thanks!
Time waster! Needs update, badly! By: iMikeMinotaur - Sep 19, 2009 Version: 3.0 This app sort of works on my 3Gs at McD's. It likes to show the login progress screen, yet very rarely does progress actually occur. Instead, it'll hang and/or show an error message. It used to work 80% of the time. As of the last few weeks or so; 10% success rate. I get connected faster via the sign-in, wait for the text, tap on the link method... Thus making this app 90% useless. This is unacceptable. Please fix this ASAP.
Right on By: qwalsius - Sep 12, 2009 Version: 3.0 This is such a time saver. I used to get frustrated because I would be amidst checking email and the wifi took over without login set so it wouldn't allow me to send out email. The other problem was I would have to go into settings especially if there was a cellular provider nearby. This gets rid of all that hassle. Heard about it on the Nosilla cast at podfeet.com well worth the money for all you who frequent starbucks.
Does not work for me By: shawnfb - Sep 5, 2009 Version: 3.0 My expeience on my 3g32 gbWalk into a wifi starbucks Tap the application, the app does not recognize a wifi signal.I go to my native preferences wifi and see that AT&T wifi is presentI then select it from my preferences panel and I am hooked up.I go back to the easy wifi app and of course it is already connected so now the app sees it. This experience happens 99 percennt of the time. I don't know why I still have the app on my phone.
Outstanding! Transparent access By: shultquist - Aug 31, 2009 Version: 3.0 I installed it, configured it while on my home network, and it just worked today while I was in a Starbucks. Excellent, simple, and effective.
It is not working in McDonald's By: sony_vaio - Aug 22, 2009 Version: 3.0 This app stopped to work for 2 days!
Does what's advertised By: GonetoSleep - Aug 22, 2009 Version: 3.0 People should actually READ the info provided before complaining. This app is for the iPhone only. At&t had recently. Made their wifi hotspots available to iPhone users with an At&t plan. To connect, you would need a valid At&t phone number. Duh. That's something an iPod Touch does not come with.
Free, fast, easy, and it works! By: mrngoitall - Aug 21, 2009 Version: 3.0 Just tried it at a Barnes and Noble last night. Works like a charm after just running the application! You just need to connect to the attwifi network, run the app, and go about your ways on Safari! No more typing in a phone number and waiting for a text message!
Useless for me By: SturmB - Aug 16, 2009 Version: 3.0 I originally downloaded this app believing it to be a general Wi-Fi hotspot finder. It was only later that I realized it's only for connecting to AT&T's own SPECIAL Wi-Fi hotspots. This means the app is useless to me, since I live in a geographical region where AT&T has decided NOT to install it's Wi-Fi hotspots. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought the iPhone/iPod Touch OS 3.0 that was released a month or two ago did away with the need for the cumbersome SMS logging in. If so, then this app is DOUBLY useless to me.However, I have given it a mediocre rating because I'm sure that it is needed in more populated areas where AT&T has decided people prefer to have their special Wi-Fi hotspots available. Also, I'm sure there are plenty of people out there who, for whatever reason, choose not to upgrade their device to OS 3.0, in which case this app will make it easy for them to connect to those special hotspots. Oh, and it's free.
Great app By: Zaninif - Aug 9, 2009 Version: 3.0 Worked as advertised.
