Reviews:
User By: Goster - Jan 28, 2009 Version: 2.1.3 Does not work for me: Setup fails saying to try again later.
Works great By: CashViral.com - Jan 28, 2009 Version: 2.1.3 Thanks. It works every time.
Useless (Cr)App By: Nimrod7 - Jan 26, 2009 Version: 2.1.3 App has never worked & I'm finally deleting it like I should have months ago. Always says there is no wifi- get the app called "WiFinder", it's reliable and Free. I don't get these 5 star reviews- this app is really junk!
Beware... crapware! By: Big Sky Jeff - Jan 26, 2009 Version: 2.1.1 This is the kind of software that perpetuates junk mail and viruses. AVOID!
Exactly as advertised By: TradeYourselfIn - Jan 26, 2009 Version: 2.1.3 People need to read the damn description, before giving a perfectly fine app negative reviews
Really works! By: iTunes_Music_Store - Jan 26, 2009 Version: 2.1.3 First I thought this application is a scan and it won work. I bought it and I gave it a try at my local Starbucks. All I did was link to the wi-fi, opened the application, and it connected and worked. This is the best deal ever!
Estupendo By: DYAlexander - Jan 24, 2009 Version: 2.1.3 It's very usefull.
Fantastic By: bomb blast - Jan 24, 2009 Version: 2.1.3 Simpler version of Devicescape's multi-network Easy WiFi app, which automates logging into hotspots. You tell the app your AT&T phone number one time, and it makes access at Starbucks (or any other AT&T WiFi hotspot) a one click affair. Bonus fact: you can sign up later at devicescape's website to add many more networks to expand your access. Very helpful.
Great auto login - FREE Wifi App By: Bypass ATT wifi login - Jan 24, 2009 Version: 2.1.3 I had to register/login with my devicescape account for it to accept my phone number. Those who have trouble logging in:-Tap on the app-Tap the "i" on the bottom right hand corner-Tap "My Devicescape"-Login/Register-Your Phone number should now work. I think this registers your device.I love this app works perfectly! Bypasses the login process AT&T makes you go through. When I travel I just mainly look for Starbucks, Barnes & Nobel, or Mcdonolds if I need wifi.Actually, I got this app before they raised it from FREE to 99 pennies.
works as advertised By: jtesnani - Jan 24, 2009 Version: 2.1.3 so much easier than the original AT&T log-in and text message process
Never failed me By: JwKauffman - Jan 23, 2009 Version: 2.1.3 I followed the instructions, and it just works. Every time, at multiple AT&T hotspots - Starbucks, McDonalds, etc.
Love It By: TP78 - Jan 22, 2009 Version: 2.1.3 If you carefully follow directions the first time you set it up, it automatically works when you are near AT&T wifi.
Worth it
It works as advertised By: JC Martinez - Jan 20, 2009 Version: 2.1.3 I've never had a problem using this application at an AT&T wifi spot, thus works great and there's no need to agree on wifi contracts
Good Apps for Starbucks/Barnes & Noble Residents By: jus10previews - Jan 19, 2009 Version: 2.1.3 If you are like me, you have at least one or two Starbucks that you live in, and what do you need more at "home" than internet access. In my opinion, AT&T's method of Wi-Fi Access (going to a website, getting a text, and following a link, and repeating every time your phone goes to sleep) is cumbersome and designed to keep your from really using the free Wi-Fi that you are entitled to as an iPhone owner. This program makes it easy, and for that, I am thankful. Just put in your info, and when you run the app at an AT&T Wi-Fi enabled area, you are on their network. Some people seem to be concerned about privacy issues with their contacts, but neither I nor any of my friends have gotten any calls or letters from any firms nor have the New World Order's Black Helicopters have yet to come get me. Maybe some of these folks need the Tinfoil Hat application?
Worked Perfectly By: rkbaker48 - Jan 18, 2009 Version: 2.1.3 I must say that this app has worked exactly as advertised. I reviewed the privacy policy and didn't see anything like what some of the reviewers have noted. At any rate, I have been to a couple of different Starbucks locations and connected almost instantly. Given the rather kludgy way one has to connect normally (typing in one's phone number and then waiting for a SMS message), I feel happy to have spent $1.99 for the convenience.
Fantastic! By: kjtnyc - Jan 18, 2009 Version: 2.1.3 One-touch WiFi access couldn't be simpler. The only thing required to get started is a one-time entry of your mobile number. Thank you, guys, for this amazing free app!!!
Doesn't work By: Ryan Rushton - Jan 18, 2009 Version: 2.1.3 I've used the free AT&T wifi at Seatac airport many times on my iPhone, but it's always a pain to go through the SMS activation step. Grabbed this app only to find it doesn't work!
Even though the phone sees the AT&T wifi hotspot this app claims there us no hotspot.
Nice idea if it worked. Feeling very ripped off.
Works every time! By: Daveziol - Jan 17, 2009 Version: 2.1.3 I work at Starbucks who carries AT&T for their wi-fi netwok. This makes it so incredibly easy for me to get on the network when I get to work!
Love it!! By: Bob from Omaha - Jan 17, 2009 Version: 2.1.3 Works great for me. No more txt-based logins. One click and baby, yer done!
It does what it says !! By: Clayton2 - Jan 16, 2009 Version: 2.1.3 It is very simple to use, keeps working every place that I try it. I have had no problems at all!!
Easy to use. Super reliable!! By: RunningKicksButt - Jan 15, 2009 Version: 2.1.3 I had no problem using this at the mall. Starbucks? No problem. Rainforest Cafe? No problem. Borders? No problem. Love this application.
