I used this app on an extended business trip last month, and it performed exactly as expected. If I was within range of an AT&T hotspot, I loaded the app and I was connected in seconds. Sure, it only saves a minute or so from the standard ATT login method, but until auto-recognition becomes the norm, this app is the next best thing. The one star ding is because the 'Find Hotspots' button on the main screen, which I expected to show me a site survey, took me instead to ATT's wifi website. I also haven't been able to factor in hotspots where the SSID still comes up as SBC rather than ATTWIFI.

It works great; some users are tools.

Enter phone number, pick wireless network from the list that pops up, and you're online. The low-ranking users are apparently unable to follow instructions.

It seems like a dumb thing to need but I do need it. Walk into Starbucks and iPhone Internet stops working. Why? You are switched off 3G and on to AT$T wifi. Normal process to get it working takes so long, my drink is ready and I'm leaving. This solves the problem beautifully. We shouldn't need it but we do and it works.

This is a great program. Every time I go to a new mcdonalds, B&N, or Starbucks. I just connect to the attwifi and start this program. A few seconds later, boom, I'm on the inernet

With all the steps to go through with ATT sending a text then logging in, I had my coffee and was leaving while frustrated that I still hadn't been able to log on. This app works everytime for me and I'm on WiFi in about 3 seconds. Log on, browse THEN get my coffee and head out the door. Great App!

This is so much easier than having to enter your phone number and then waiting for the text in order to use wifi. Works just as described.

Doesn't hook up to AT&T wireless networks when there are other (weaker) networks around and no easy way to switch between networks makes this a completely useless app that was I don't even use when it was free. Don't even think about paying for it!

I love this app. The Starbucks I go to has AT&T Wi-Fi, but no cell coverage. I can now log into the free AT&T service without waiting for the SMS confirmation.

Only for AT&T customers with an iPhone. The wifi hotspot finder is an at&t website and has nothing to do with the app.

Instead of having to get on Att wifi, open safari, enter info, wait for text, all you do is open up this app and THATS IT! Easy, simple, Always Works.

I was so surprised at how well this worked. Not sure what problems other reviewers had, but it worked great for me. I'm sure that apple hasn't exposed these apis, but it would be nice if you could connect to the access points inside this app, rather than in Settings. This would probably make this a little better for novice users (probably a portion of the negative reviews).

This saves the hassle of sending yourself a text message, waiting for it to arrive, and clicking on the link. Not sure what all the complaints are about, as I've never had a problem with this app. Thanks!
