WORKS PERFECTLY!!!! By: Montria:::AKA "Moni" - Dec 10, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 I don't know why some people would complain about this ap! It works perfectly, and it's not sluggish at all, it's fast:::and it's easy and quick to setup! I love it!
Perfect By: Kelmk - Dec 10, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 Works perfectly
Works great - As advertised By: JeffreyMC - Dec 10, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 So nice to just do the one-click thing vs. typing in your number etc...They need to just intergrate this functionality into the touch and iphone.
Works best with a Venti Pikes Roast! By: sellitman - Dec 10, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 Made my time in Starbucks breeze by. Works like a charm.
Works as advertised! By: rdwngs3 - Dec 10, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 Used it today at starbucks and it worked as advertised. Note: complete the initial setup on a wifi network that is not affialiated with attwifi.
perfect! By: oakie51 - Dec 10, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 if you have an unlocked iPhone with another carrier, this also works to log you in with your current data plan. tested with a t-mobile hotspot plan at a t-mobile hotspot location with success. so easy to use and maintains a persistent login to prevent errors; so much better than dealing with your provider's website based authentication system!
DSL and iPod touch By: ipodtouchneedsATTwifi - Dec 10, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 This is really only useful for ATT ipod touch owners since iphone owners can get 3G if they really need wifi at Starbucks. But it is locked out for ipod touch. Change this and you get 5 stars because the current system of logging into a website that never remembers your ID is a joke. PLEASE ALLOW FOR non ATT wireless customers with ipod touch and ATT DSL!
ipod touch not welcome! What a shame. By: I'm touched - Dec 10, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 ipod touch is crying to have similar ease of signon at starbucks
Very Useful By: juhl - Dec 10, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 This App does exactly what is says. Description should be more clear that you are entering an AT&T DSL phone number and must have a DSL account. Its the same wifi access that has been available to DSL customers for a year+ this app just makes it painless to connect to with the iPhone.
About this "thing..." By: mahjr - Dec 10, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 Yes, I was in an ATT hotspot with EasyWiFi - and the app didn't work.
What a waste.
Most Useful App Ever By: earlhensley - Dec 10, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 This app is for every iPhone customer who wants to take advantage of the free wifi that AT&T has so graciously given us at their hotspots. This application does everything that it states it will by effictively cutting out the tedious text message login process.
brandontuey By: SweetMercyIAmSoAlone - Dec 10, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 I have no idea what this is or what it does...
Great By: Mr.M.R. - Dec 10, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 This is for AT&T DSL customers which is not clear to everyone apparently. Great app. The text message process AT&T set up is painful. Thanks!
Simple By: MikeyDDS - Dec 10, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 This program works flawlessly...! A
Or at least the last 15 or so times I've used it!!
This app is good By: Sreekanth Ayydevara - Dec 10, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 This works as expected
Yes It Works!!! By: jefftcallahan - Dec 9, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 Worked the first time I tried it out at the Starbucks in Tigard, Oregon. Worked exactly as it should. Perfect application. Kudos to the developer.
Works like a charm! By: PSteve - Dec 9, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 Great app! I hated going into starbucks and even the "free wifi, send u a link in a text message", didn't work for me, and I had to enter my user name a password each time. Now I can go in and click on this app and wa la! I'm surfing the net...I highly recommend.
Using it right now By: Ohio State 4 life - Dec 9, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 A must have for all iPhone users!
Did nothing for me By: Oscar F. - Dec 9, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 Went into Starbucks with WiFi on as always. Program just sat there and did nothing. Went to search for network and it asked for my phone number. Again, did nothing. Gave up and uninstalled it.
Works great for me By: The REAL Andrew Reeves - Dec 9, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 Haven't had a problem with this yet. Used in a few Starbucks locations around town. Some people are writing about having trouble connecting, just make sure you choose 'attwifi' (not 'tmobile' as most Starbucks still have both) and connect to it (in Settings menu or the wifi popup) before you launch the app. Logs me in under 15 seconds everytime. I also have a ported Verizon number to AT&T (one reviewer said it didn't recognize his number originally from another carrier) and it still works great. Sorry to hear it's not working for that guy, but it does appear to work in that situation for some (if not most).
Worthless- just use ATT login By: Edteck - Dec 9, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 Just tried program at Starbucks on my iPhone . It kept shutting down after telling me I needed to first be logged into the Internet. I thought that was what the program was supposed to simplify? Never could use it to login.
Then I tried the ATT version of submitting your iPhone number. Got the text message immediately to log in. Quick and painless.
