Reviews:
Works! By: griffithsportland - Dec 8, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 Does what it says it does. Nice.
Works perfectly By: MichaelStewart - Dec 8, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 I've used this in lots of different spots, and it works perfectly. Saves loads of time; not sure why AT&T didn't think of something like this.
Why do I need this if I already By: Pala iblis - Dec 8, 2008 Version: 2.1.3 Have f*** wifi system built in my iPhone
I don't get what is the use how I just use apple wifi hotspot s***
Nothing new worthless
Makes using free AT&T wi-fi easier By: Steve Rhodes - Dec 8, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 I logged in once at a Starbucks using the SMS method & it was a pain. This makes it much easier. Now if only AT&T would have free wi-fi in more locations & develop easy to use software like this.People shouldn't rate it down for not working on an iPod Touch.
Get over it! By: tmk12v - Dec 8, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 This program works exactly as advertised. It's for iPhones and will never be for iPod touch. Apple will not allow this for the Touch and neither will AT&T.
The service is given to AT&T iPhone subscribers to get free wifi at their hotspots. Touch users do not have an iPhone contract with AT&T so they do not get free access.
I don't even see why touch users are compaining? It's plain and simple.
Just like AT&T house phone subscribers need to stop complaining as well. The programmer cannot give you service to something that is not in their control. Go complain to AT&T if you have a gripe.
I love this as it works perfectly with my iPhone.
why do you want my phone number? By: jamms404 - Dec 8, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 I thought I would open you and get the nearest AT&T wifi places, but for some reason you need my phones imei number and my personal cell phone number for this? kind of creepy. maybe explaining how needing that information will help me find the wifi points near me before just demanding it would be a better introduction. deleted this app before it needs my friends cell phone numbers too.
Works as described and solved an annoying problem By: PhilAlexander - Dec 8, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 Don't see the trouble people have with this application. It totally works as advertised. Very easy To set up.
Great little app By: Vjangla - Dec 8, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 Works just as advertised!!
Works Great! By: Pain Producer - Dec 8, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 So far so good.
Much needed for Wifi users By: CieloBrezza - Dec 8, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 Awesome app, truely a must-download for AT&T iPhone users. Saves time and trouble.
Rocks By: Stinch1 - Dec 8, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 Simple effective solution. Can't live without it!
Super By: Minds i - Dec 7, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 You'll need Internet access to set it up.
Brilliant By: mswSJ - Dec 7, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 Works like a charm.
Worked at McDonalds By: Amerist - Dec 7, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 Worked as advertised. All the whining iPod touch users who didn't RTFD need to learn to read the description before downloading an app. Of course this doesn't work because it relies on SMS redirection which the Ipod Touch cannot do!
This app could use a hotspot finder. That would make it perfect.
Works great! By: RotaReview - Dec 7, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 Tested this out last night at Barnes and Noble and it works exactly as advertised. Thanks!
Perfect. By: ac555 - Dec 7, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 Shame on AT&T and yes, Apple, for making the sign-on so cumbersome to use the "free" AT&T wifi for iPhone subscribers. This app solves the problem perfectly.
I was initially surprised the rating on this app wasn't four or five stars. But after reading some of the comments, it is apparent that most of the negative ratings are from people who don't understand what the app is supposed to do.
Perfect By: Hyperion1a - Dec 7, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 It is fast and dead simple to use. I usually put drawbacks in my reviews. But with this little app I cant think of a one. Bravo
Great Utility By: TVYM - Dec 7, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 This makes logging in at AT&T Hotspots so easy. It could only be better if you didn't have to launch the application to get Internet access at AT&T hotspots
Very solid app, however ... By: Rdsgonzo - Dec 7, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 There also should be a login for AT&T DSL customers, because you can also login to roaming providers. Otherwise very useful app!!!!
Great App By: Jtejchman - Dec 7, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 It works seemlessly. Enough said.
1 out 4 tries By: Khachadoorian - Dec 7, 2008 Version: 2.1.1 Have only been able to get this to function 25% the time - seems like opening safari helps
