This is the most useful app I've seen to date for the iphone (well at least for me). It has a to-the-point interface and is really easy to set up. Media watching will never be the same again! Thanks guys!

great app, great for couch movie control. I use it to control mythtv streams in vlc too. I know some report firewall problems but it worked first time for me. Version 4 is simply awesome, great controls for time and volume sliders. This app just gets better and better.

Melhor app, certeza. Fácil de usar, só tem de baixar um setup para o seu computador. Depois é só usar seu Iphone como um controle remoto. A versão paga não só vê playlists como entra no seu computador pela rede wireless e toca qualquer vídeo. Vale muito a pena!

Funciona a la perfección, simplemente una maravilla, en menos de 2 minutos ya había comprado la versión completa, con la que se puede manejar todo el vlc desde el iPhone.

One of the most useful apps I have on the iPhone. I use it daily. Works incredibly well and seems to go from strength to strength with each new version. You must get this if you use vlc!

I use this to control my HTPC, and combined with airmouse, has allowed me to not use my keyboard and mouse at all! I am not sure why some people are having problems,but i've never had any problems with this, or VLC Streamer. It works well for me, and let's me browse the files very easily.I guess having the ability to sort the files by things like date, etc would be good (the default is alphabetical) so if your collection of files gets large, it may be difficult to identify new files. Nonetheless, this is one of my favourite apps on my iphone.

I use this app daily - it works well. One has to configure VLC slightly - but that is handled by a small application that one can download from the website. After that it just works. Definitely worth it. There ARE other apps on the market that allow you to control multiple applications, with different sets of buttons for each. They are certainly more flexible - VLC Remote is a one trick pony. But it is none the worse for that and I find myself using it in preference. At the price, it is recommended.

Sinnvolles App, aber für die IPad Version (gleiche Funktionen) nochmal 3,99€ abzugreifen als Extra App ist einfach nur unverschämt! Sonst 5 Sterne!
