I love this program! I use it everyday. I especially like the nutrient profile where I can see how many carbs, how much sodium, etc I eat. I didn't realize that I ate so many carbs until I used this program. I also like the wide range of activities considered exercising, such as sex and vacuuming! This program helps keep me motivated too!

I really love this program, it's helped me to lose 5 pounds so far. The only thing I would like added is the ability to change the pictures that go with the custom exercises and food dishes. Otherwise I'm glad that the program is so easy to use because trying to keep track of calories like this in your head is so difficult.

I love to use it b/c it helps to convince me to cut food w/ high calories that I don't need, when I see the results. I would like to see an improved version that allows the individual to add food that us more specific to him/her. Though the current list available is extensive, I couldn't find many of the specific food I often eat. This feature as suggested would make this a perfect program!

Although it needs a few tweaks, this is one of my favorite apps. It definitely keeps me on track.

I really like this app. I actually focus on portion sizes now and pay attention to what I eat. I did Weight Watchers and wasn't able to lose the weight as eaaily as I can with this. Learning to look at calories has changed the way I eat and I've been using this for less than a month now. But so far I've consistently lost weight. Even the week I decided to have McDonalds for lunch.
The only issue I have is that you can't change the portion type for things. It would be nice to select units of measure in addition to quantity. Maybe that will come with an update.

Pleasently surprised at the depth of features and so easy to use. Actually demo'd the app to a friend and he's going to buy an iTouch because of it! I looked for a "pay" version to support the author..but alas, there is none. Out of 30 free apps I've tries, this was the first I was going to buy.

The primary limitation of diet apps is to keep using them, and this app makes that easy. Well thought out interface, particularly history. Very nice, especially for the price.

I actually downloaded this a long time ago but i just got around to using it this week - I'm so glad I finally did! It's not perfect but it's been working really well for me! It knows a lot of foods and it's east to add your own (I check the nutrition info on the food if I can or I google it right on my iphone). I love that it adds everything up for you and separates and subtotals each meal and can calculate calories burned for exercise and subtract those too! It's not going to be 100% accurate unless you really weigh/measure all your food and know you're actually burning as many cals exercising as it estimates for you, but it's still a great guideline! I also like the weight graph and that it tells you how to reach your goal weight.

Great app that has extensive food and exercise listings. Found it very easy to customize foods, including adding recipes. Would just like to see an update with more restaurants added or existing menus updated. Can't believe it's free!!

Huge help. I have had trouble counting calories before. This is quick, easy to use, so I can stick to it. You can also adjust your calorie budget. I burn more calorie than average for my age and height (didn't realize this until I started keeping close track with this app). I could never stick to a diet before because I was always starving. Adjusting my calorie budget to something reasonable for me has been a huge help and I've been able to lose 6 pounds in one month. YMMV.

Love this app! Lost 10 lbs in 4 weeks. I love that is saves your history - makes it a breeze when I eat leftovers. Only suggestion to developers would be to allow multiple users. My husband and I eat the same meals 9 times out of 10 and he doesn't have an iPod or iPhone. He's jealous over my weight loss and would love to be able to use Lose it too.
