This is the first time I've actually tracked my food. I've lost almost 10 pounds in 6 weeks with a goal of one pound a week. Good stuff. I do wish there were more resturants that weren't fast food.

I deleted LiveStrong after using this. This is easy to use and I hope the restaurant menus are expanded.

There aren't many apps that I use everyday. This is one of them. Ever since I got this app and started using it I feel it's so much easier to track what I eat. I love it. And it's so easy to find food I eat regularly or even add others that I don't.

This really has to be one of the best apps (for free) out there for the iPhone. It's reliable, it's easy to use, it just simply works. Anyone tracking their food intake and/or exercises should have this app.

I've lost 12lbs in the last three weeks, and I can't believe how easy it was with this app. All it needs is a way to select multiple food items at the same time to add to a meal, and a wider selection of restaurants to search and it would be perfect!

The best calorie counting app by far. It's so easy to use and quick. Much easier than the paper log I was using. I would like more food choices though, would be willing to pay for them. Great job.
I've lost 21 lbs now with this ap. I didn't like that it added calorie allowance when I worked out but now I'm glad because I don't get too hungry and I can stay consistant.

No matter what types of foods you eat, you will find it here or can make the recipe and get a calorie count for your favorite cultural foods. The goal progress tracker and calorie counter by meal and by day are excellent. I lost 10 pounds in 1st month with the help of this program.

I used to keep an excel spreadsheet with a custom database of foods I eat on a regular basis. Since getting the iPhone I have been looking for an application that would allow me to enter my own foods and easily change the amounts eaten. I don't really care about the food database that comes with it since I like to validate that information rather than take someone's word for it. My spreadsheet included my weight each day and accounted (subracted calories )for exercise. This app does all of that. I find it very comprehensive for my needs.This little app does almost everything my custom spreadsheet did. The only thing I can't do is run a report that shows how many grams of fat I ate as a result of snacks, but it will show me how many calories.The only reason I gave it four stars rather than five is that the selection wheels feel stiff and seem to "click" between choices. It makes scrolling through a long list more difficult. Other than that minor UI problem, it's almost perfect.I see some people claiming that the company sells your data. I would like to find out more about this, and see something to back it up. I couldn't find anything in the EULA, nor on the internet. What information are they selling? Since I didn't enter any personal data, I can't imagine what they could be selling. Please, someone explain this in detail rather than offering vague claims. If it's true, and they're selling data with my name or iPhone serial number, I would delete the app right away.

First, it is simply amazing that this app is free, especially without annoying sponsor ads. Kudos to the programmers for this gift of an app to the iPhone community.
It works almost perfectly. The only thing that could improve it is to add an incline parameter to the exercises such as biking, running and walking for a more accurate report of calories burned. I would also like to see a way to chart and review your weight daily, instead of the overly simple graph.
The concept is simple, yet highly effective... You are accountable for what you eat, and what you burn! It's right there in front of you...

There is not too much negative I can say about this app. It runs smooth and looks good. You can add custom foods. There are tons of exercises to choose from. My only comment is that you can't add restaurant foods or supermarket foods. It has a ton of preset “Fast Food” places but those that are health conscious and want to track calories wont have very many preset choices to choose from. Would be nice to be able to insert your favorite meals from your favorite restaurants. Or the ability to connect to a server and download the nutrition values for that eating establishment.

13 pounds in 6 weeks and I feel great. Big difference here is the ability to load in exercise calories burned. Now I can eat whatever I want as long as I'm willing to offset the calories with exercise. Very motivating to a foodie!
