I've used it for only a week, and I've lost 4 pounds! Finally I'm more aware of how much I want to snack during the day. It has helped me control myself, knowing that I'll have to report it.
It has a wide range of foods, and it is beyond easy to load in new ones. It also can be enabled to record nutrients, and this is helpful for keeping track of carbs.
The exercises are nearly complete, there are only a few things: please add crunches, pogo sticking, and curling. Thanks!

This app is great really shows you how fattening those goodies you eat really are.
The goals system seems pretty good, set your goal weight and how long you want it to take and lose it!

I can't believe this app is free! It has more food items then some of the other health apps that are 10 bucks.

I can't beleive this is even free. I'm actually using to gain weight ( muscle building ), I need to make sure I get at least 2,500 calories a day ... This is pefect.
Suggestion: allow the app to email stats.

This app is so helpful for dieting. Even if you're not dieting it will open your eyes to just how many calories can sneak up on you! Definitely worth downloading.

Really helps you track your caloric intake. I like that it has a ton of supermarket foods to choose from and you can make your own foods.
Btw, please make sure you choose a correct star ranking! I don't understand why people give good reviews and then give 1 star.

Honestly, this app has had a huge impact on my life and health (can't say that about too many apps out there). I have a tendency to go too extreme when I diet and the accountability of putting everything into the app helps me maintain a healthy balance. I really like the recipe calorie counter function since I love to cook but am never too sure what the sum of the recipe parts add up to. I've lost 12 pounds in 5 weeks and will be switching to the apps "maintenance" goal soon - very cool!

Easy, intuitive to use. Takes some time to enter everything at first, but worth the time. Very comprehensive food database. OK exercise one. By far my fav free app.

I really like this app! It has great capabilities! I use it everyday! I am waiting for just a couple updates to improve it! When entering in custom foods, they need to add the use of the decimal point so you can more accurately input fat grams. Also I think it would be good to have water consumption as one of the items tracked! Everyone needs to drink water and why not show if you need more throughout the day!

It's free! If you want Weight Watchers type features then tell WW,when you PAY them, what to put on their iPhone app when they make it. If you want to keep track of your water or record if you took your daily vitamins, just create them as a food. I can't believe this is FREE!

I would pay 20 bucks for this.I've lost 13 pounds since I began using lose it. I have never tracked my calories and nutrition like this before and it's been a huge eye opener, especially for sodium intake. I've had my iPhone since they came out and this is by far the best and most usefull app I've ever downloaded. Some suggestions for updates; More extensive nutrition tracking, I'd like to see sugar at least, maybe omega 3, pottasium and some others. More resturaunts, oddly most of the places already listed are fast food places. I typically don't eat that stuff when trying to eat right. Great app though. Thanks!

This is a great app! It's super easy to log your food and track your calories. There are a wide variety of exercises to choose from, and a pretty good selection of food as well. For a free app, it can't be beat. The only minor problem is the restaurant selections are somewhat limited, but you can easily work around this by creating a new food and inputting the info yourself. Overall, great app!

Great application I love it. I finally know were I am standing in term of my meals as well as my exercise. Obviously you have to take the info given about the calories with a pinch of salt but still it's easier then to write them down and research them yourself. SO thank you for making this app free.
