Las correcciones de hiponatremia se calculan bien, pero cuando se estima una correccion de hipernatremia no. Cualquier tipo de corrección de hipernatremia, aún la más absurda, la estima como "segura". Pido a los desarrolladores que lo corrijan en la proxima version. Por lo demás, la aplicación está genial

I love this app I am a resident and use it quite a lot for chest pain patients I use the TIMI score , CHADS for A fib GFR calculators , FENa , GCS is very handy and so forth. I like the info section that takes you to explanations and links to Pubmed

Für Mediziner ein Spitzen-App, übersichtlicher als bspw. Archimedes, ausserdem mit der wichtigen "Favoriten"-Option.Ich hätte mir als Pädiater aber eine Berechnung des Grundumsatzes nach Schofield (WH) gewünscht, da die Harris-Benedict Formel für Kinder unter dem 10 Lebensjahr laut ESPGHAN-Guidelines nicht geeignet ist und gerade da die Grundumsatz-Berechnung wichtig ist. Bitte Update..., wäre dann perfekt!!

What a fantastic app. Used this on my old Palm and it now seamlessly and nicely transfers to the iPhone. Lots of equations to be found, all with explanations of how they are determined so their reliability can be safely assessed. A lot of work has gone into this app, and despite this it is currently free. Well done MedCalc!
