I've wanted to read more of the bible lately and have found myself wanting to read it while I was away from the book. This is a very useful app and think everybody should get it. It is an excellent mobile bible.

The application is 1st generation compatible, despite other reviews to the contrary. It works fine on my iPod running the 2.2 firmware. The app is great - simple, easy to read. It just works. :)

I don't believe what it says completely, thus i use it o show believers how funny the bible can be.It would be nice if the NOTES could be seperated. A list of notes would be cool instead of just one note per chapter.

*** This now works on iPod 1st Generation, I just put it on mine! ***What a gorgeous interface for a Bible! A couple tweaks and it's perfect: 1. Please update to include the missing Ruth 3.2. After picking a book, instead of showing just a list of numbers for the chapters, turn the selections into visually obvious "buttons" that say "Chapter 1" etc., so people know to touch them to get to the text.Good job, and thank you!
