It's almost been 2 months since the company claims to have submitted an update to the application to bring back all the rythems it took out. WTH is taking so long???

It’s simple to use and a must for all health care students and professionals alike. If I could award it 10 Stars, it wouldn't be enough to fully acknowledge its abilities and its future potential. If you haven't bought this app yet, be quick. This is an excellent learning tool to be used with patients to assist in explaining diagnosis/treatment and rehabilitation. With that in mind, this is also a 'must have app' for those involved in hrealth care.

What happened to the strips?

When I first purchased it @ $4.99, I was impressed with the apps! It was very nicely done and detailed. Then within weeks later when they increased the rate to $8.99...my strips were all gone and the only thing that was left were the SR and Atrial rhythms??? Now...I see that they're aware of the problems but my question is... do I have to pay the additional $4.00 to get the apps when the bugs are fixed???

This company seems to have a lot of trouble providing properly functioning software. This app has been "broken" for quite a while yet it is still for sale. Beware. This update will be useless unless the "fix" for the EKG app appears soon. They also provide anesthesia case logs app called "Case Logs" and that program is overpriced and defective as well. The database for Case Logs is "down", ostensibly for update which should NOT take so long and those doctors who wish to access their information are left out in the cold. Promises come about new and better program updates and then many many months go by with no results. Avoid this company. The promises are not delivered upon.

I used to love this app and thought it was great. Key words "used to"! It went to crap with the last update I downloaded. I thought updates were for improvements to previously purchased apps not downgrades? Hoping they will fix it soon.

I'd rate higher but it would seem you eventually lose most the advanced ECG interps, and no one will fix it when you report a problem. Waste of money and a complete ripoff if most the program I paid for isn't even there. I just love reporting a problem with something I paid for and being completely ignored.

Fantastic app! By far the best in content and user interface of the EKG possibilities. I'm a paramedic student, and find this very helpful with my EKG tests, more so than the actual book when it comes to memorizing and keeping sharp. The only thing I see it lacking right now, and this is a big thing, but what about SVT's? Supraventricular tachycardia is huge in the EMS world, and should definitely have a place in this app. This is something that should absolutely be included. Now for a little candy, if the developers get around to it, would be treatment for each one. This would kind of touch into ACLS algorithms, but maybe start small, perhaps list the drugs one should think of with each arrhythmia. Then I would give this 5 stars. UPDATE...still broken after a month. Will change rating when it's fixed

I was going through the application and thought it looked pretty good and that I would be able to use it as a good reference at work (I work in the Emergency Department). However, when looking at all of the availible rhythem there were only SINUS and ATRIAL rhythems. That's it! NOTHING ELSE.The developer states that "Apple recieved and update" yadda yadda yadda.IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS and still NO UPDATE. This is a SCAM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT BUY THIS APLICATION. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD ECG REFERENCES, GO DOWNLOAD "The ECG Guide" IT IS BY FAR THE BEST ECG APPLICATION MADE FOR THE iPHONE. DO NOT BUY THIS APLLICATION, THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO FIX THE APP FOR FULL FUNCTIONALITY, BUT IT HASN'T HAPPENED FOR 3 MONTHS. Seriously, this app turned to crap! I am agreeing with everyone else, either fix it or give me my money back, credit my account or something. I would hate for someone to get sued due to false advertisement, and saying they would deleiver a payed service to just not live up to it. But I agree man up and fix it or REFUND!!!!!!!!!!! Does apple not look at the functionality of their apps?

It has been a month since the programers submitted the upgrade to Apple...supposedly. This is ridicuous. Get the update out or give me a refund. Also, if you try to send a message to their support, you get an error message. This should be illegal.

There is a problem with the app because the newest update removed many rythms. The writers of the software have a new update to fix but as of yet apple has not approved it. I have to say that this is one of the best EKG apps there are. They all have there good points and bad points. I would recomend getting all of them if you have to interprete EKGs. The problem with EKGs is that if you see a potentially deadly rythm it can be easy to miss if your interpretation skills are not good. For me this program was an excellent self paced teaching aid. A few weeks ago we had a patient go into torsodes-and right away I recognized it. This program covered it very well. Thisapp can save lives buy it brentcolorado

OK they've been waiting for apple to approve their updated version for 3 weeks, REALLY how long does it take. Do not buy this app, it is bogus, only seven rhythms to look at not worth $8.99 or a $.01, save your money

Wasted good money for program that didn't deliver what was promised. Programmers need to refund the money. Apple should step up to the plate and make it right. Who reviews and approves these apps in the first place?

This could be a remarkable and usefull app, with nice graphics and relevant info. Unfortunately the least useful rythyms for most medical providers, especially emergency providers, are the only ones accessible. The actual rythyms are what we need to see, the rest is just fluff. I'd be happy to rate this 5 stars if all rythyms were accessible, until then - useless.

It seems that everyone is having the same problem I am....this used to be an awesome app but now since the last update several weeks ago there are only sinus and atrial rhythms. What happened!?!?!?! I paid $10 for this app and it is advertising on the description to have all the rhythms..iAnesthesia or iTunes needs to either fix it or credit our money back!!!!

A great app has turned to crap. I upgraded to 2.3 and lost most rhythms. Tried to email support and get an error message. I'm using 2gn touch and OS 3.0

In quiz mode most screens do not display an EKG. Apparently only sinus is of importance.Many promises that Apple is looking for a fix. Attempts to send feedback on web site resultin error message. Worthless
