Reviews:
Problems By: Bryce987 - Jan 27, 2009 Version: 1.0 After downloading this app, the audio portion of the program has not worked. It is quite frustrating being that I purchased this application with the specific intent of being able to hear various heart rythms. Other than this bug this app is very well done.
By dr.E.T.K. By: E.KAN - Jan 23, 2009 Version: 1.0 its really a very nice and helpful app. i wanna say thank u and great job
Great app! By: SushiLvr - Jan 22, 2009 Version: 1.0 I love the EKG movies, just like looking at the real thing, great to review with. Only one disappointment, on the EKG basics, there is this great chart when you scroll to the bottom, but you can't pinch it to make it larger, and it is therefore unreadable. Yes, my eyes are fine, lol. Thanks for a really nice app otherwise. :-)
Worth the $ By: Smart sista - Jan 21, 2009 Version: 1.0 Thanks for a great program. Everyone at work is downloading it.
Great tool. By: JBmedicine - Jan 19, 2009 Version: 1.0 I love this app. I am a senior medicine resident and I am always on the look out for bedside teaching tools for med students, interns, nurses, and even patients. This applications helps me teach importanct ECG concepts on the spot. Great tool.
Great By: F1 guy - Jan 17, 2009 Version: 1.0 Great.
Wonderful application By: My iSay - Jan 16, 2009 Version: 1.0 This is such a wonderful application and it is now part of my iPhone tools. Thank you to the developers for this.
No good By: Not a doc - Jan 16, 2009 Version: 1.0 iPhoneRc; please feel free to correct me, and don't forget to back it up with text or literature reference. The textbooks that I used were; Clinical Electrocardiography A Simplified Approach by Goldberger; Pathophysiology of Heart Disease written as a collaborative project by med students and faculty from Harvard; Rapid Interpretation of EKG's by Dubin. I welcome correction.
Obviously Not a Doc By: iPhoneRckStr - Jan 15, 2009 Version: 1.0 As stated in his response...the person that pointed out 'errors' in the application is not a doctor and it shows. His statements are completely erroneous. I have found the application to be extremely helpful and very thorough. I look forward to the next release.
Excellent iPhone App By: IM Resident - Jan 14, 2009 Version: 1.0 There are apps out there that simply copy/paste a textbook... with poor layout design and content organization on the iPhone. This is not the case for Instant ECG. Excellent content is backed with a great multimedia design! It is a helpful reference program to have on the Wards. Instant ECG is on my list for essential iPhone apps for any medical student, intern or resident.
Instant ECG vs. ECG Guide By: HazelGroup - Jan 13, 2009 Version: 1.0 Clear winner for content, user experience and committment to the user - INSTANT ECG. Not to mention that it is unprofessional and desparate for the competitor who developed the ECG Guide to post comments making derogatory comments about another competitor. Let the applications succeed on their merit....and clearly they are as Instant ECG continues to rise to the top.
Well worth the $10 By: brownr21 - Jan 12, 2009 Version: 1.0 This app is a bit on the pricey side but it's definitely worth it over the other ECG apps. Having a nice looking ECG reference in my pocket will save me a lot of time. When I show off my phone to my friends, this is one of the apps I will show them.
Not bad By: QMD - Jan 10, 2009 Version: 1.0 Great application for medical students, EMT's and Nurses, but limited for practicing physicians. As an internist I found the current rhythms included to be fairly basic. Hopefully with further updates this will change.
Awesome. By: Xnc311x - Jan 9, 2009 Version: 1.0 I'm a ICU RN and it works out great in the unit. Must have for those are on the medical area.
finally a decent ekg/rhythm app! By: ripdogger - Jan 8, 2009 Version: 1.0 its good to see a developer who can actually make a decent program that uses all the best multimedia potential the iphone has in an easy to use and easy to understand format!
Great med student tool By: Doc2BeSoon - Jan 8, 2009 Version: 1.0 Looking for an iPhone app to fill dead time that actually improves your clinical knowledge? This is it. Since getting the iPhone I have been searching for something like this, easy to understand, complete in detail, and offering different learning modes. It is AWESOME and definitely recommend it. The price is very reasonable given the quality of information. I'm gonna keep my eye out for other products by these guys, great work!
RN By: Snow_bunny - Jan 7, 2009 Version: 1.0 !!!
