I love it. Just signed in and paid my bill. It worked easily. Great to have it so handy. Thank you AT&T for providing this APP. .... I'll let you know if it works right. Two times I have paid online on my Mac and the payment did NOT go through, I hope this works because it IS handy and has a great user interface! ( I Hate the "Dial #ooo for usage"... Etc. This is great!)

As AT&T is official service provider for iPhone it should have provide this app as first app to iPhone. Very late in the game and no vision or customer support.

I'm not sure why people are having problems with this app. Also yeah it may be true that we could have had this awhile a go but so what it's here now and it's great. Saves soooo much time. It's very simple and easy to use. Thanks AT&T

It's just neat to have full pdf access to every page of the bill. The interface is awesome. Like others I don't have access to the features tab.It doesn't remember my password. For security reasons my password is random letters and numbers, a different one for everything.I would rather just use text messages to check this stuff:*MIN# (*646#) for minutes used*DATA# (*3282#) for text usage*BAL# (*225#) for account balance*PAY (*729) to make a payment

This has all the important functionality of AT&T's web site without being a lame iPhone-optimized web app *cough* BofA *cough*. Some of the info is available through the settings in the iPhone, but not as elegantly, plus some additional functionality has been added, such as adding or dropping à la carte services on your plan. Frankly, I'm amazed AT&T made this app - their service is normally abysmal, dropped calls and incompetent customer service are par for the course. This app gives the impression that they're making things easy for the customer, although this app might be a constant reminder that as long as you have an iPhone, you're chained to AT&T.So, when's the T-Mobile version coming out? Kidding!

And already I had problems. "Service temporarily out of order" But what did I expect it's AT&T... What exactly is it that I pay you for again? I can't make it thru a single phone call without it getting dropped. And I have little to no reception in the ground floor of any bulding. PATHETIC. The iPhone is ATT&'s only redeeming product. Bottom line, it's the same lame crAPP that comes along with AT&T.

I like this idea and it would be easier to view ur account in this app than searching in safari. But it takes too long to load. Please update this and fix the bugs make it run smoother and make it more appealing! I expected more from at&t!
