app is decent, except Cell Minute Tracker is better. it updates ur info innediately and not 1 day intervals.

Well, this app never worker for me.. I would put in an address and it would say it couldn't be found. Then in a car with GPS (a older car)thaxt went to the address. This happened multiple times. It's time for me to cancel

I can't use this program to see any other phone on my plan unless I log off and log back in under a different number. Just show me the numbers linked to the account, it can't be that difficult.

This is a great app that just needs a few more things to make me completely satisfied. The overall look of the app is attractive and easy to use. Not only can you check your minutes and text usage with easy to read bar graphs, but you can also see a quick summery of your bill, with a link available so you can view your entire AT&T mobile bill. Another great option in this app is that you can easily view all the mobile features you are currently using on your iphone, as well as instantly add or remove features right inside the app. Also when you choose to view a feature like “AT&T World Traveler”, there is not only a description of what the feature does, but there are also additional links that will give you the rates of all calls and text made within different countries all around the world both with and without the feature activated… very impressive!There are 3 areas where I would like to see an improvement in this app.The first and easiest feature to add would be to include one more bar graph in the app that would indicate how far I am into my billing cycle. That way I could quickly visualize my current minute usage and easily compare it to how many more days I have left in my billing cycle.Second, I would like to see an option added to let this app remember my password so I would not have to type it in every time I opened the app to view my info.And Third, this app loads up reasonably fast when using wi-fi, but when using a 3G signal, the app seems to take a long time to load up. I would like to see a faster loading speed.

I have a small business and I am an AT&T premeir customer but j can't use this service. The need to have all accounts to be able to use this service and log in with no problems.

This app is great! I have ever experienced any error while logging in like sone of these negative customers. I love that I can pay my bill over the app! Very user-friendly and overall great app!

The negativity displayed in some of these reviews is disgusting. We should all be thankful AT&T is willing to help us keep track of our usage. Although there's a lot more they could add, to start off, this is a handy app. Especially for anyone who HAS to keep a close eye on usage.

I never have problems logging on. I would like to see the ability to see details of calls and data usage. I have to log in to the actual AT&T wireless web page in order to view that info. It would be nice to have everything available with the app.

Don't understand those who say it won't work or log in. It has worked perfectly for me and logs in every time with out a hitch and it has been months that I had this ap. It quickly told me when our family plan was close to going over on minutes and it updates payment within minutes. If you want to check plans, minutes and features from the source then this is for you.

I think the app would be a lot better if you didn't have to put your password in everytime. I understand it's for account security, but I think a pin number would be a lot easier. Kind of like the AT&T banking app.

If you are on an unlimited plan. It won't report usage. I'm on a limited texting plAn however so you think I could look up the number of text messages I've sent. Simple enough right?This app is just another way for AT&T to make money, not help the customer.

WORSE app ever. I am a dieheart iPhone fan. But this app makes me hate my iPhone....why?....simple. IT NEVER WORKS. I've tried for 30 days str8 to loggin to my acct via this app and every day I get this messages of error "L55". Don't waste your memorry space with this crap.

This is a great app from a retailer. It does a fantastic job of what it is meant to do. Although it may not be an app that you use everyday, it is very quick and easy to use and is very resourceful. Also, I paid my bill on it today (the day it was due) and it posts immediately, so no late fees!

Why is my $ in British Pounds? I can't get to anything, because an error box keeps telling me that one of my phones is suspended...ok... So what does that matter. We have the family plan and one phone was suspended by us. Anyway, my point is this: For me it is a useless site.

I really like this app and prefer to use it for viewing my bill and making payments. I like it much more then viewing a paper bill, calling in and using the automated system or even a live person, and I even like it much more then the website. However, there's one feature I would love to have and that's the ability to view previous months minutes and data usage. This one feature would make the app even better for me. And if you want to add icing to my cake, let me view the full bill for previous months. Those 2 features would definately make this app MUCH better.
