The app has all of the features that you want, it just takes forever to get to them . Wanna know how many texts you've used? It's SIX pages in! Get it all on one page AT&T!

I'm running a 3G. This app is great when I can actually get it to open. It's mostly good for checking usage and paying your bills...which is all I really need. I'd give it 3 stars if I could get it to open consistently.

App seems to work fine now. Good way to see updated usage of data and call minutes, as well as review my bill as a PDF without having to go thru Safari (one step). Should I be surprised? Downloaded the App, entered my info, get a message that "this service is temporarily unavailable"...this from the company that can't get text with images right, and charged me a "one time activation fee" when I upgraded from the original iPhone to 3G S...didn't I already pay that fee once? No vision. No customer service that warrants loyalty...basically a typical corporation!

Seems AT&T fixed the issues on their end - can log in fairly quickly, and utilize all capabilities of this version of the app without any problems. I'm guessing others that experience problems are isolated cases. There is room for improvement as far as adding more features, as other reviewers mentioned, but works fine for my purposes.

This app is great. It delivers exactly what it is designed to do. A little slow, but still way faster than logging on through Safari, or logging in through your computer. I find it extremely valuable to be able to find out exactly how many minutes and texts my family has used at any given time.
