Will not load half the time (even after leaving it for about five minutes). When it does work, it is slower than any app I've ever seen. Makes me feel the people who developed it did not spend much time thinking about efficiency.

Total crap. This app takes FOREVER o get logged in, if it can even accomplish to log you in without erroring. Doesn't work 95% of the time. Not worth the space.

I find this app really useful. It helps me keep track of my min and was useful when I needed to pay my bill on the go. My biggest complaint is that the load times are insuffrable. It shouldn't take a lot of time to load such simple info! I haven't had any trouble on 3.0 personally.I would definitly recomend the app!

This app has timed out or given an error message 8 out of 10 times that I've logged in. AT&T has yet to make available the MMS texting that the 3GS supports and *should* include a healthy text package in with the iPhone's data package. Apple should not have signed exclusively with AT&T.

This app takes forever to load up and it doesn't connect as often as it does. Other than that, it does what it is supposed to...as long as you are lucky enough or have the patience for that to happen.

The app is handy, but only when it works. It constantly fails to work. I also see this app as unnecessary. It would be so much more convenient if this info was integrated straight into the iPhone 3.0 software rather than a 3rd arty app.

The app should use a numeric code to replace your login password. Load times are also a bit slow.

All reviews listed are true when mentioning how SLOW and LONG it takes to access your account. It's quicker to use "Pageonce", it's free, accurate, quick. I wish Apple would just listen to the masses, and kick AT&T to the curb. The reason AT&T is doing well is because of the iPhone. Rest assure, I would be using another carrier if it didn't carry the iPhone. AT&T is the worst carrier in the world! Ripping customers off and using outdated tech, and let's not forget about the texting cost. I now have to pay monthly for 200 texts. Thanks young people. It's ALL your fault! Your obsession with texting has created a cash cow for all carriers!

This is a great app if only it was called verizonWireless or sprintWireless. Just another garbage product from the ultimate garbage carrier. 1 out of 12 login attempts doesn't time out... Awesome!
