This app never logged me in. Very slow, and seems cheap. I would suggest to not download.

Pros: -simple interface that offers what it needs to (when it works) Cons: -frequent problems logging in -extremely slow to update pages, if you're lucky to avoid one of the frequent timeouts -can't even load the "Features" section of my account -not many included features in the app While it is great to see that AT&T has released an app that attempts to provide easy access to your account, it utterly fails in it's current state, and for the moment I recommend just using AT&T's *BAL# *PAY *DATA# and *MIN# via free text messages/phone calls. This app takes exponentially longer to accomplish the same task. I can't imagine why AT&T would release this app in its current state when it is of such poor quality, especially considering this app is the representation of the company publicly to all users in the App Store. This broken application is extremely embarrassing for AT&T.

This app is a good a good idea, but most of the time you can't log in. I'm sure Verizon would make this better if they had the iPhone. I think Congress should make exclusivity agreements illegal. I know they probably have better things to do, but they did give us phone number ownership. So this should be their next fight against big business abuse.

Ridiculous. I try to use this to check my balance and minutes/ data usage while on the road and it rarely ever logs in successfully. I pay my bill via txt MSG so that part is not terribly important to me, but it's still garbage.

Here's a good idea. When you make something, check to see that it acually works. If I wanted an app called "LOADING" I would understand why the screen continues to say "LOADING".

I've had the app 3 days, and I have yet to be able to actually access my account. It either hangs, times out, or gives me an error message that "service is unavailable." Forget about being free, if they PAID me to use this app I still wouldn't.

9 of 10 times I open, says sorry, service is temporarly unavailable. The one time it worked it was nice. (and I have service each time I try to connect. )

Logging in always fails. Web account works fine. Love the iPhone, great that AT&T tried to create a useful app... But this one is horrible. Don't waste your time.

I signed up and I got my account started. Worked for a while. Then stopped working
