You take the time to leave a comment on how it's too hard to tap a login button when it takes you a lot longer to make the comment???????? REALLY?? you got to be kidding?! GET A LIFE PEOPLE ! the app is good the way it is already. Want rollover info? Use *646# and stop being lazy! REALLY???? Nuff said.

So do not get wrapped up in their negative attitudes. I love this app. I am often away and the other day I had forgot to pay my bill and I went to my post office box and that's when I saw the bill in the envelope. Before I had the bill opened and even had left the post office I pulled out my phone with this app and paid it before I even walked to my truck. A+++++ App wish more apps were like this and FREE!!!

The screen design looks like a summer intern project.It wouldn't have taken a rocket scientist to notice that the #1 FAQ (How are my minutes tracking relative to the billing cycle) should have been placed on the first screen, *NOT* buried 2 clicks down.No rocket science needed for auto-login, either. Why on earth would I want to press a login button when it's already got all the information it needs. Clicking on the application should take me where I want to be *without* a gate-keeping login button in the way.Real UCD (User-centered design) and some creativity could have gathered most of the interesting data onto one page, requirng *zero* additional clicks.

Need some more features  By: Danica Fan - Oct 18, 2009 Version: 1.1 1. - We should be able to save/download and e-mail the Bill Detail Summary PDF document of our billing.I have been trying to save the Bill Detail Summary PDF billing and it wont let me.I should be able to e-mail the Bill Detail Summary PDF to any email address I wish and also download the PDF document to my regular computer.2. - After we make a payment, an e-mail should be sent to the customer regarding the payment with the confirmation number.many times I have been unable to send a copy to my email in case something happens.I always have to make a snapshot of the screen, just to get some proof of payment.This is very unprofessional and unfair to the customer. We pay ALOT of money for monthly cell charges, give us more professionalism.3. - We should be able to view past Bill Detail Summary PDF files (ALL HISTORY) at any time.and also be able to download he PDF file at any time we wish.In case we lose or previous saves of these documents, we can go back and retreive it at any time.This is the reason why I did not give 5 stars.The app, is great for making quick payments and its simple to use and view billing.

Latest changes make this app perfect!  By: Archimedes1_ivb - Oct 18, 2009 Version: 1.1 You can now save your password and it gives you a very appropriate security warning before it lets you. The phone and data usage are as before but now the first meter tells you how much of your billing cycle has gone by. So it's very easy to see if you're ok or in danger of going over. This app is perfect for my needs. Well done!
