Too Slow = Useless  By: profreez - Jul 2, 2009 Version: 1.0.2 The few times I actually get past the login screen and if I am lucky enough that some data loads then it works. But 99% of the time it takes a couple of minutes just to display the amount of mins and texts used! Much faster to visit AT&T in the built in we browser!

But let me tell you, even on a WiFi, or 3G connection is is painfuly slow. I mean, minutes upon minutes of waiting for it to pull up my information after i log in. Other than that, it's a nice app
Has AT&T ever tried to use their own apps?  By: VeryVito - Jul 1, 2009 Version: 1.0.2 As others have said, this app is virtually worthless, but at least they don't try to charge extra monthly fees for it (as they do for their shoddy Navigator app, which seems bent on destroying the usability of the iPhone). As much as I enjoy my iPhone as a handheld computer, the iPhone 3G is the last AT&T-restricted phone I'll ever purchase.

That and it doesn't remember my password so it is a pain to try to access the application repeatedly. When it does work, and it does sporadically, it is great. Unfortunaely, it just isn't reliable enough for me to use it over the website and the *____# service commands.
yes, it is SLOW.  By: DudeOfArc - Jul 1, 2009 Version: 1.0.2 I have a brand new 3GS, and with a full strength signal it took a full four minutes to LOG IN! Then a Full minute to access the usage page, and at two minutes I gave up trying to access the data usage page. Heap of garbage.

Perhaps it's only slow through edge or 3G? I will mention that I'm on a 3gs.
Convient but very slow  By: brockdarock - Jul 1, 2009 Version: 1.0.2 So I decided to do a time test with 3 trials.... The avereges were.... Start up-1.83.....login- 13.36.....bill and pay- 5.43......usage- 6.5.......features- 17.73. All of these times are in seconds. I think this is way too slow. Espically with the 3.0 software and the 3g s. So get this fixed!
Useless App  By: Pooleman0 - Jul 1, 2009 Version: 1.0.2 This app is useless. Do yourself a favor and download the "Pageonce" app. And set it up to access your ATT account. It's faster, gives all the same info and you can now p[ay your bill right from Pageonce.

Otherwise, the app seems fairly useful. A little slow, maybe...
I'm still going to use the website, since it has all the tools I need.

Half the time the error "cannot connect at this time" or something similar pops up, and when it does finally connect, takes ~45 secs to load each page even connected to wifi. Leave it to AT&T to make such a piece of crap.

So slow it's practically useless.  By: frozen01 - Jul 1, 2009 Version: 1.0.2 It takes so long to log in to this application and navigate the various pages, even on a WiFi connection, that you might as well just wait until you get to work or home and check your usage/bill on your computer. Or, better yet, just login to your account via Safari!I've only tried to connect via WiFi; I can't imagine how sluggish this app is on 3G or, God forbid, EDGE. Even on WiFi, it took so long to load that my session timed out before I could view the information I wanted!Once you actually get in, it's not bad. Simple, easy to use, pretty uncomplicated. Not much to look at, but it tells you exactly what you need to know. The website is much easier on the eyes, though, and contains the same information.Tip: Right now it is MUCH faster just to go to AT&T MyAccount (automatically saved to your Safari favorites; also can be found by going to Settings->Phone->AT&T MyAccount). Enter your password and within seconds you can view your account. You don't get stuck at a "loading" screen while logging in or navigating to a different page, so it's WAY faster than the app.
