Reviews:
stores don't work By: I hate green day - 9-Nov-2009 Version: 3.2 This is a great app but you should be able to send pictures.
Amazingly awesome By: Mosoccer436 - Nov 10, 2009 Version: 3.2 Omg i luv this app it is soooo !!! Sends soo fast. Way way way better then pinger textfree!! Luv itAltho what i do like about textfree is that you can forward and copy any messages from the sender or reciever. It would definitely be 5 stars also cuz i would like the themes like textfree.
Doesn't work with Rogers! By: hank at home - 24-Oct-2009 Version: 3.2 It really sends an e-mail to Roger's customers and they have to pay for an e-mail to texting plan to receive your messages. Haven't tried the other Canadian carriers but this is pretty much a deal breaker as Rogers is a large mobile provider in Canada.Update: I'm glad they are now listing the carriers compatible with this app. I wish they did this before as it would have saved me $5. Notice Rogers and Telus are missing for the Canadian carriers? They are just 2 out the 3 dominant carriers in Canada!
Best texting app ever!!! By: Alex Winters - Nov 10, 2009 Version: 3.2 I've tried many different texting apps similar to this one, and none of them can even compete! This app runs so smoothly it's simply stunning. It's nice how its a one time fee and they don't charge per year like those other guys. The interface is flawless, tge messages send at lightning spedd and I can honestly say that this is the best investment I have ever made on any app!
Great...when it actually works By: MarkTags - 11-Oct-2009 Version: 3.1 When it works, this app is great; unfortunately, it's often plagued with annoying problems. Many times, the app unexpectedly quits and will continue to do so over long periods of time. I've also had repeated problems with the app not being able to connect to the server, and therefore not being able to send or receive messages. I an further disheartened by the fact that my several emails to "enflick" have not been responded to.
If they're going to charge $5 (or any amount of money) for an app, it is reasonble for the customer to expect that the app works with consistency.
Fantastic app!! By: RobinGwynn - Nov 10, 2009 Version: 3.2 This app is great and well worth the price! I downloaded it, picked my name, and sent my first text to tell my teenagers to text me here instead of my cell phone because I was getting charged too much. I was able to just pick right out of my contacts, no new entries needed. Texts pop up no matter what you have open - you don't need to keep the app open to get the texts. Love it. Nice job!!!
Great!!!! By: whooohooo - 7-Oct-2009 Version: 3.1 What are u guys talking about it works perfectly fine......in fact it's awesome
Best txting app ever!! By: theSwAgMaSt3r - Nov 9, 2009 Version: 3.2 this app is so great i tz better than text free and it gives u notifications when someone txt u when ur off the app unlike text free and gives more ringtones than txt free.I highly recomend getting this app instead of text free.
Doesn't work well with Rogers in Canada By: DemonIced - 2-Oct-2009 Version: 3.1 I tested it, and I can testify that you can't text someone on Rogers network without them having to pay to send a "Read" reply to then read the message even though they have unlimited outcoming sms. I haven't tried to send a text message from the phone to the iPod Touch yet, but since you can't keep a fluid conversation it isn't worth it. But because of that "Read" reply problem I probably won't use this appwhich I paid for until this is fixed. I'm now searching for any other Text App working in Canada, because going by MSN requires the receiver to have linked its cell phone number to his adress which a lot of my contact haven't done. And I don't want to create a Yahoo Messenger account just for texting...You should perhaps say this in the App description to avoid getting bad reviews from people thinking they can Text on Rogers network... 5$ isn't nothing, it's shocking to pay that price for a service that doesn't work properly as advertised.
Good job By: ocebox - Nov 9, 2009 Version: 3.2 App works good!! I reccomend it.
Email-to SMS charge? By: Angela417 - 27-Sep-2009 Version: 3.1 I can send the message...then they will recieve a message from Rogers email to SMS program costing them 15 c per message to read/reply to the message. There no message for telus, bell, or virgin mobile but they charge 15c for the sent message even if they have unlimited texts, and I didn't recieve thr text back.
Nice Job! By: StarReviewZ - Nov 8, 2009 Version: 3.2 This app is very nice. Push notification still has yet to work but I know it will some time. Can't wait for the next update. Also the number shouldn't change with every text. Lastly you should be able to set up a signature just ideas don't have to take them. Kthxbi
Best texting tool By: Blackbeltkyle - 24-Sep-2009 Version: 3.1 After the latest update it was amazing. Now we can receive texts
Like a Phone... but FREE!! By: thuglife916 - Nov 8, 2009 Version: 3.2 Ok I got this and I liked it then I heard about Google Voice. Now I love it! Now I have phone number for my IPOD TOUCH!! to text. And it's a regular number. Awesome!!
Waste of money By: 8GBtouch - 24-Sep-2009 Version: 3.1 This app allows you to text the person they can recieve it but when they try to text you back it says invalled destination address
This is how the app works By: (*-*)(*-*)(*-*)(*-*) - Nov 6, 2009 Version: 3.2 Ok. You gave the app a five star review. Now you are think "wait. How did they do this?" Same goes for textfree (yes. Lite too) Now. If you spent five dollars on a texting app, Im guessing you have at least gotten a lite version of an app that sends through your email. Yep? And what did you rate it? ? ? That is what this app does! What? It creates you an email account and then sends texts through the email! Yep. That's how you send texts. As for textplus? I have no idea. meBTW- here's some emojis.Ok E.O.R (end of review)E.O.Rme
ring tones By: I hate green day - 22-Sep-2009 Version: 3.1 Great app but i think you should be able to get ring tones

NOT WORTH IT By: Jiminem - Nov 5, 2009 Version: 3.2 I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
