It seems that this app continually breaks due to untested features and hasty patches. Random crashes and bugs seem to be the norm with this app. It (kind of) does what it says, but it is very clunky and painful. Contrary to it's description, it's interface with Mega-reader is not that interfaced as you have to buy that app as a separate add-on, the same you would do for any other app. Batch scanning pretty much doesn't work as advertised, likely due to memory issues, which could explain the sluggish performance... >>>There are other database apps out there that blow this away in performance, features, and layout!<<< My suggestion- read the reviews carefully. Look for the ones that provide substance and are critical, not just those from the developer's iPhone developer club friends...Compare these reviews with those of other book catalog apps (i.e. Book Crawler, My Books, etc.).

Ability to scan lots of books one after the other usually results in losing half of them. So scanning one in at a time is best for me. Crashes sometimes, but with no damage done. It isn't very intuitive - not always clear what button to press or what to do next. Fantastic otherwise

Pretty good, but needs tweaking. I'd like to keep track of the date I read the book, as I keep a yearly total for comparison. And I have not been able to get the bar code reader to work. Or download any cover photos.
