Good overall, though the developer has some key points to work on. 1. A sharpening tool- I realize that this is a Lite Version, but while the smudge tool may make your pics look funny, it becomes horribly distorted. This makes it fun to look at, but not worth saving. 2. Picture sizing- I really would like this App if the picture came out in its original form, intsead of blowing up the picture way too much. Retouch Lite then proceeds to disallow me from zooming out. Also, I want my picture saved in the regular format. Quickly. I don't like hitting "original," looking at the measurements, and inputting them to save 1 picture. Almost like Photoshop. I reccomend that instructions and better format are added. Then I would give it 

If you can't find an album cover for a wall paper but have it in your library you can take a screen pic by holding the home button and then clicking the hold button while the album art is on screen and use this to remove the play and search buttons using a black square brush Works great

Much better at fixing fuzzy images than photogene. If your going to spend three bucks go for this program, a little more complicated but worth it. Even the free version did a decent job.
