Why not give all this info to us when we buy the phone?!?! Why do I have to download something to give me hints when I spend my money on this product?!? Why is this the lite version, shouldn't all this info be free to the customer?!?

I thought it was very helpful but a little short. Each tip was easily explained. I would recommend it to anyone.
