The program is very informational like a handbook. I have background music, It has many poses to choose from and learn. For $.99 it's a very good deal.

Sanskrit names

This will be even more useful if you add the sanskrit name of the poses in parenthesis. I realised some of them have been included in the info section but it will be nicer to have it also next to the photo so it will be easy to memorise the name in sanskrit.

This would be a great app if it allowed you to create sequences out of the individual poses instead if requiring you to scroll through the list everytime you change poses.

This is such a great little app! Simple easy to use. Obviously a lot of work and thought went in to it before releasing. I bought a couple before this one which were just awful. Really impressed I love it.

Not so great. It's good to have all of the cards for yoga to learn about all of the moves, but this isn't good to work out to. Yoga needs movement that flows, and that's impossible whn after each pose you're switching the next card by hand. This also has less options than the free six pack abs app by the same developers.

This app works for me, I love the practices given and the ability to select different modes. Setting my own time is cool cause I'm not that advanced and the default 2 minutes felt like forever lol good job...

Good for beginners. Tells about the different types of yoga. The pictures and descriptions are clear and helpful. And I like the music the upgraded version has.

This is an excellent ap! Great explanations and photos. I love how I can look up an individual pose and read all about how to do it and what to be mindful of while I'm doing it. This is a fantastic supplement to the actual yoga studio practice. Well worth the price!
