I've been using Big Contacts for a few months now, and this app is the icing on the cake. Now I can look up a contact, add notes following a meeting, and email him a quick thanks within a few minutes of leaving my customer. It's a great extension to my Big Contacts web account!And for those of you who have never used Big Contacts, it's a great system; easy to use; and makes sense in a simple way. I use it to track opportunities for myself, as well as those of my team, and I can't believe I struggled with Salesforce.com for so long before finding this service.

Ok, but doesn't work in "airplane" mode

I like BigContacts and the iPhone app, but it does not seem to work if you don't have an Internet connection, like on a plane.

I've been using the CRM Desktop app for several years now and it is the best thing that has happened to my practice in a long time. Now I am truly on top of "my game" with my clients. Program is far better than most programs costing 3 times as much.When I saw there was a version for the iPhone I was so excited but after downloading it became immediately disappointed by the lack of features which I have grow accustomed to with the destop version of Big Contacts. I will keep watching for the developer to bring this iPhone app up to par with the CRM destop version. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before the iPhone version grows up into the same caliber feature set that I have grown accustomed to with the desktop app! For now, I will be content to wait for future upgrades.

Not As Good As Web-Based Big Contacts

Big fan of the web-based Big Contacts CRM, but the iPhone app needs improvement. Biggest downfall is lack of "log out" option. Don't buy Big Contacts for the iPhone app...consider this app a "freebie" for Big Contacts users.

I love the ability to pull up a contact without storing it to your phone's contacts, even better the ability to pull up directions from current location to their home with a simple touch on the address!The only recommendation I would make is when viewing the calendar if you have an appt with a client that you can pull their information just by touching their name rather than having to go back to your contact list. Difficult when on the road.Overall highly recommend.

Big Contacts has been extremely useful in keeping data together, both for contacts and to do list. It is easy to look up contacts on the phone and getting information promptly.

I travel alot and have struggled for years trying to keep my phone synchronized. With your applicaton, I simply login and view of all my contact information, meetings, tasks and sales pipeline - no synching required - what a time saver!

I've been using Big Contacts in my business for the past six months and have anxiously awaited the arrival of the iPhone app. BC is an excellent contact management system that is very cost effective. The app is a great addition and will definitely be useful when I travel to see clients. Also, the people at Big Contacts are great to work with. They welcome feedback and suggestions to help make their programs better. Keep up the good work!

I use it as a note manager and to keep track of all my leads. As a free app, it would be awesome. But for a Reoccurring monthly fee, I would want to see my communication history with clients and have access to files that I uploaded with app. I am a business of one, but could be useful for managers with people in the field.
