Would not keep this app even if it was free. Very inacurate, didn't update distances in a timely manner even tho I had a good signal.

Need more than 1 round to test run options - particularly ata course where checking for emails (which is what it looks likeyou're doing) is prohibited or frowned upon.Otherwise the basic functions were intuitive and useful.

This is an amzing work of art. This application looks and works really good. I can view my score cards after every game of golf. Thats really nice. Shows me the amount of birdies I get and how well my golf games are and if they are getting better or not. With the application I can improve myself slowly with time! Thanks to whoever invented this amazing peice of work! I would recommend buying after the free trial!!

This iPhone app works very well. I downloaded the app and used it for free for one round. I had my SkyCaddie side by side and they were within 1 yard at all times. A definite buy if you don't already have a Caddie and do have the iPhone. The only reason I wouldn't buy it is because I live in Canada and if I play in the USA there is a very high cost for data roaming, so is a no go. Otherwise, great.

This application is impressive. I am a pro golfer and do not normally like these range finders. But to be able to have it on my cell phone and work and be accurate, that’s amazing! I tip my hats off to golflogix for this amazing application!

Excellent Yards!!! I was very impressed. The yards were always on or off by 1 yard! That is incredible! My actual golflogix gps unit is almost as nice, but this is more convenient!! I can have my phone for calls or emails or texting! I also got a discount because on my membership because I owned both! I would recommend highly!!

They have only 6 courses list in my area and 2 of them are private and 2 are not even worth playing on even if they were free. So why do I have to pay $39.95 per year with so fewer choices!!!They should have an alternative plan to pay by course.

This application is like getting free balls. I haven’t lost a ball in a long time thanks to this application. This is one of the most amazing pieces of equipment ever made! It pays for itself with the amount of balls you will save =P Try it then buy it! I did and I am glad I ran into this one day online somewhere. *5 STARS*

On iPhone, 24 hours not enough evaluation time. Need to experiment with background light (burns battery time but cannot see it otherwise in bright sun). Have to shut off auto-close otherwise took too much time for satellites to be re-acquired. Most of this discovered on course so would need another couple of rounds before I could properly evaluate the value for purchasing. At this point, I'll stick with my Golf Buddy Plus even though it is not as pretty. Bruce

This application ROCKS! I am very impressed that this application could keep up with me. Some of the other applications I have tried on here freeze on me all the time. This application has not frozen on me once! I love that! Just for that alone, it is worth purchasing!! If you are not sure you want to buy it, you can try it first for free for 24 hours then buy it. My only regret for this application is not buying it earlier!! Highly Recommended!

I activated it last night just before playing the front nine at Simoro Golf Links north of Barrie, Ontario. The distances seemed accurate, however without being able to play with it before hand it was quite frustrating trying to use the score keeping function while playing. By tonight at 5pm my trial will be over and I quite frankly won't have been able to test it enough to pay the $40 US per year for a membership. It was annoying how you couldn't see the layout of the hole from the tee. It filled the screen with the distances to things, and I couldn't figure out how to simply view whether the whole was straight, left or right when it ran over a hill. The score keeping would have been nice but when I recorded my shots and putts I couldn't get to the next hole, so I ended up only going to the next hole without recording my shots. I found it used the battery like any other app that utilizes the GPS and network functions.

This app is not really free as you need a subscription for the service but you do get a 24 hour trial which is cool. I do wish it was longer than 24 hours because I initialized it to see how it worked but I am not going golfing in the next 24 hours...I'll probably never pay the sub to try it now.

This is the coolest application I have ever gotten for my phone! It is sick!! If you golf and you in college, I would recommend it highly! It is amazing because it is a free trial to test it. I tested it and loved it, so I bought the application. For adults and seniors, I would recommend this as well. It works with you to tell you all the things you need to know to help you improve your game!! Thanks again golf gps!!
