about golfing. I think this is a great helpful tool for people who are just starting out in golf and need some guidance (and fun). This app really helps take the frustration out of the game and it is simple to use. Thanks GolfLogix

I'm very happy to report that this application was very worth purchasing. I appreciated the free trial so I could try it first. One I did, I was sold! It does everything a golf GPS should do and it does it well!

It has some nice features, especially if you want to be able to analyze the heck out of all your stats. And while the accuracy was good enough for my game, this app really really really needs to provide a birds-eye view of the hole when you're standing onthe tee box. I used my 24hr trial on a course i never played before, and i liked the yardages to reach and clear the hazards, but the app is of no use if i cant see the layout of the entire hole.

I did not have enough time to evaluate the app. with only 24 hours didn't even get 1 round in. I have used the Golfshots GPS app and for the price and features the GolfshotGPS does a nice job. I don't want to pay $40 dollars every year to update the app.

Gotta say, I'm not a fan of this app. Yardage was off, and no course layout!! Not worth the price.

If your the type of golfer that just wants to get close (you know who you are) this is for you! If you want accurate yardage then this isn't for you. The accuracy was not even close. I'm a 4 handicap and gave this 2 stars for the program alone. (hope they get it right cause this would be great) I took 2 yardages on the 1st fairway and the 2nd (par3) and compared it to my laser and turned the App off!!!!!!

We used it at a nearby golf course and worked great. No glitches or slow. You need to leave it on to get accurate yardage. May have been off by a few yards but if you are that good that it matter your probably on the PGA anyway. Great product and would totally recommend to anyone.

Great graphics, great features, too bad it is useless. Used it along with my sky caddie at my home course. It was off on EVERY single shot by 4-10 yds. It's absolutely worthless when you're pulling the wrong club. Too bad because the features are superior to the sky caddie. But at the end of the day you don't use these for the features...you use them for the accuracy.

For whatever reason once receiving a call the program locked up. I was unable to use it but for two holes. Is this a known issue?

This app seem very slugish getting caught up and we were walking, plus when yardage was provided it didn't agree with the yardage shooters which with a steady hand or pinseeker is very accurate. going to have to do some work before i drop coinage!!

Downloaded the app after seeing an ad on the Golf Channel. I have another similar app and thought I'd compare the two.I couldn't get a course to load using the nearby course finder, so I tried searching by state. Found the course I wanted and it wouldn't load. Just kept searching.It might be a good app for those who get it to work, but since I couldn't, it's kind of a waste.I'll stick with the other app since I know it works...every time.

I was out on a new golf course with three friends and so excited to show them my new, exciting app. I play golf almost every day, and have a new IPhone. I couldn't get it to work. It all froze up. I'd like another chance but they would probably think I just want to use it on another golf course. The graphics and course selection worked well, but when I pushed "PLAY", nothing happened.

Great idea...iPhone still limited by inferior battery.

Phone had a full charge and it lasted just a little over 9 holes. Great picture and very accurate....was doing a side by side comparison with my SkyCaddy handheld to check accuracy and target acquisition....good work there. Apple needs a better battery anyway for this phone, but this application isn't worth the money with it's current power requirement.

Golf is my hobby and at times can be a little challenging but GolfLogix has given the average guy/girl a helping hand with this app. It has accurate distances every hole and keeps score. It does all sorts of other little things also. Thanks for the help!
