I think this is worth the money. I tried it free and liked the way it worked. I was suprised to find my course yardage was so accurate. I was also impressed with how easy it was to use.

Out Of Range

I was hopeful and excited when I downloaded this app. I have a "Sky Caddie" that I love but thought it would be so much more convenient to have the capability on my iPhone and be able to do other things like track scores, keep stats, etc. I tried the app at Dairy Creek golf course in San Luis Obispo, CA and could never get the app to pick up yardages on any of the holes. As I rolled from one hole to the next, it continued to say "Out of Range". I am hoping this will be an app that works in the near future because I like the features it is saying it will have.

Pain to download and use

The interface is very poor. I downloaded the app thinking it would be great but then to find the free is only good for 24 hours was rediculous. I had to go back to the web page to see if the course I planned to play in two days was listed. The web interface is poorly written. Defaults to Florida no matter what you do. I am playing in California. You select California and only 4 courses show up! I searched the exact name of the course and it goes back to Florida I gave up. It's too much of a pain to see if the course you'd like to play is included unless you fork over the $40.00 upfront. Too many clicks, too much time. Great idea but not a good app at all.
