Excellent forum client app - if your forums support it

I was told 1.2 is on the way with better OS 3.0 support - been using this app for my forum and is loving it - my favorite is able to show the latest posts in the app main screen - very easy to navigate.
The only thing is it is missing the Private Message feature - but I heard the dev. team is working on it.
If you forums don't support it please tell your forum administrate to activate it.

Finally an app to view my forum and others I visit.

Ive been using this app for the past 2 months. Its not just an rss reader. you can reply to threads, create threads, and view threads you subscribed to. I must say I love it!!!! being the app crazed guy that I am I really wanted a way to view my forums via an app for better view and faster download. this app provides that for me. The devs do their best to incoperate suggestions by users. Its a slow process but with each update there is great improvement. I look fwd to private messaging being added. If you are a forum head like myself and tired of mobile themes, pinching, and scrolling left to right this is the app for you. Be sure to sign up on their support forum so your voice can be heard also.
P.S. This is the only app of its kind!!

Can't fault the idea of the application and it makes browsing forums easier and quicker than viewing it through safari or viewing it on a desktop computer. They support vbulletin forums providing the admin uploads a plugin which is supplied for free on their site. phpbb support is nearly there and in the workings, which for me will open the application further. The developers appear to be proactive which is promising as updates and ideas are being pushed through. I would like to see some type of push notifications for subscribed topics in the near future. I've only seen the app crash a couple of times but nothing to worry about. Overall I would recommend this to anyone who is a regular member of a forum that supports tapatalk, and to any forum owners that are looking to increase the availability of their forum. The plugin server side doesn't involve any interfearence to any forum files so if your forum isn't supported get the admin to have a look into the idea. Well worth the time.

I run two vb boards and this has been one of the capabilities, which, when I mention it to members, always gets them interested; much more than almost any other new add-on for vBulletin-based boards. So far as I know it just works with the stock vBulletin forums. If you are running something like CMPS from VBAdvanced.com as your site home page and the forums are a level underneath, then I don't know of a way to see the CMPS home page from this app. But that's a minor issue for my sites. It's still a far more convenient interface for reading and posting than the web-based one.

I can see this app coming back in a pro version and a social networking tool. Just need to be able stay logged in to several boards at once and send push notices.

I've been with this app since before it's release (beta) and I must say it's been nothing but top notch service and updates from this group. Every new update has had somethig interesting I only look forward to what's to come.

Though it has just gotten on it's feet, this application has a lot of potential, and everyone is contributing ideas that becoming a reality in new releases. Tons and tons of forum owners are joining this network, so if your favorite vBulletin forum isn't in the list yet, tell your administrator to install the free plugin on their site.

I'm not so sure about the financial model applied (charging users instead of owners is tricky in an ad driven online world where everyone expects something for "nothing") but the technology is fantastic. I'd like to see this expand to other mobile technologies, and maybe for them to look at a server-side licensing model.

Some sites will not load, maybe due to not installing the software on site, maybe a check on the app side to determine the forum is set up properly, other than that this is a great app, works well on my 2 vbulletin sites.

Features I would love: 1. Ability to bookmark specific threads and subforums. 2. Automatically opening to last viewed page. For me the app would be perfect with those 2 features.

I have been looking for something like this for a while. I was a bit skeptical at first, but it does work pretty well actually and is also very fast. I am forever on the forums so this app has come in very hand and I recommend it.
