This App's got mad-chops... Tumblr as a service is getting better and better, and I curse myself for not switching over my web's blog sooner... Okay - I do have a couple of requests:
#1) Please give us the ability to always show Tags, instead of having to click "advanced features" - I always want to tag stuff, but I usually forget on the iphone because the screen is tucked away...
#2) Please show what tags I've already used as something I can select just by poking with my finger. Why? Because when I try to remember tags I've already written, I end up re-typing them and misspelling them, creating redundant tags, cluttering up everything!
#3) I personally would love the option of being able to choose the dimensions of media that goes into my Tumblr blog, because not only is it on Tumblr - it's funneled through my own website with a slender width, and it cuts off pretty much all pictures and videos. So, on the iPhone app, if I could chose what size the picture is when it's posted, that would be frickin' amazing (come to think of it, that would be a great addition to the normal web interface anyway.)

If you use Tumblr for your blog, this is a must have app. This is the BEST blogging app for the iPhone I've used so far. The reason being: You can do just about anything to your blog from your iPhone that you can do from your desktop. That makes adding posts, photos, quotes, links, audio, etc. super easy and convenient.
Many other blogging apps for the iPhone give you the ability to do some of the things you can do from your desktop/laptop, but not all the things. The Tumblr app is complete in that regard and the interface is great looking too.

The interface is wonderful and simple, doing the least it needs to to get the job done.
The only missing feature on my wish list is the ability to queue posts to be published later — I would like to queue up a bunch of things and let one get posted each day, but there isn't any way to save multiple drafts or add posts to my queue, that I can find. Despite this, it complements the fast, simple blog interface of tumblr perfectly.

Tumblrette is now Tumblr for iPhone!!!

Almost perfect

This application is almost perfect. The payout is beautiful, the integration is flawless, and the features are rich. However, Rome was not built in a day. This app could use a full landscape keyboard (a good one, not like typeBlog), the ability to temporaraly hide tweets in dashboard so you can easly edit and delete posts, and the ability to add a picture to a text post. But seeing as the creator and Tumblr both seem to be putting a lot of work into this app, I am sure the changes are around the bend! Thanks for a great app!

The application is perfect, couldn't own an iPhone without it. Saying this it needs desperately support for the Twitter features which Tumblr now supports. These being the ability to select whether or not to tweet when you post something from your iPhone.

I really really like this app. Don't go out and pay for tumblr pro get this. Could add a feature that let you write a blog then save it for posting when you reach a wifi spot. Superb app.

A nice app, usefull but when you repost an entry it takes you out the iPhone interface?? It would be nice if it was easer navagate that part.otherwise a good app :)
