Really cool app, so easy to use! Brought my iPhone with me to the driving range, set the tempo to Tiger Woods and just hit balls for a half hour using that tempo. Got into a sweet rhythm, which helps big time. I bought a similar product a year ago for $130, what a waste of $$$$.

Worst app ever ! All time hall of fame for crapness . All it does is say 1 ( backswing ) 2 ( to finish ) doesn't check the speed or tempo that's up to you . If you load it and just want to throw away 59p then get it . ( I know it's only 59p ) all hail the new king of crap . Makes Russel brand look funny and he's crap as well ! .

Great app, I highly recommend it.
I'm always looking for ways to improve my swing especially in the office or hotel rooms when away on business. So this is something helpful, easy to use and fun. I also like the video and the fact that I can set my tempo to copy some of my favorite Pro's.

Great application for the price. Even if I do not use the timing in conjunction with the program it just seems to seep in over time. Would like to be able to save a personal tempo that I design for myself and does not have to be reentered every time I use the application.

PROS
-Worth it for practice
-Helps you get in tempo which is a big reason amateurs are inconsistent
-Has a 1-2 count you hear over and over. You would probably remember it on the course and good to hear rather then thinking of mechanics
-OK for $1.99
CONS
-When you select Tiger's tempo, it should be him on the actual tempo screen. Could care less about some random guy in a cowboy had which looks like he is swinging on a farm next to a barn
-Capability to record tempo

This is an App I have been looking for, timing in a golf swing is very important and this helps. There are many improvements that could be made, but for the price it is worthwhile. Note that this is an update on an earlier review, I have raised my rating to 3*, the early problems I had have gone away, but still never any reply from developer support.

Tempo is so important in golf, and more than anything it can quickly improve your swing. For me, this has been the best tool I've ever used to improve my game. Thank You!!
great idea bad execution

This app has all the potential but no delivery. First it needs a metrenome with a high pitch for the start of the swing. Second it needs a start sound for the start of the swing, stop at the top sound, and then a sound for impact. there are much better tempo machines out there that this could emulate but fails in every respect. This should be free!!! until changes are made this app is crap.
