I've been using this app daily for a month while finding my apartment. I've never had it drop, have had no problems with lag or anything else. The layout is perfectly designed to be functional and easily navigated. I don't think I'd be moving into the perfect apartment suited for me if it wasn't for this app. I used it to search for what I wanted , Take virtual tours, look at pictures, compare square footage and pricing, call the apartments, and figure out how to get there. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to take the stress out of apartment shopping. I can't say enough good things about it!!!

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. This app works perfectly for me. Instead of the zip code try just putting in your city and state; You get a lot of search results that way. I love how you can email and call any apartment you like. Maybe for an update you can add emailing apartment listings to people in your contact list. Also, adding floor plan pics next to prices would be cool. Thanks for this awesome app!

I've always found ApartmentGuide.com to be better than other rental sites!

First of all, it only shows the apartments that are listed in Apartment Guide, duh. They don't go find the apartments, the apartment managers have to request to be added! If they aren't in the Apartment Guide (which is just silly), it's the fault of the managers--not Apartment Guide; and it's certainly not this app's fault. I found it to be incredibly useful. I found new apartments so I know it's up-to-date. I also like that you can save them. This would have been invaluable when we first moved here and were looking at apartments. It would have saved a lot of paper I used for print-outs! It is VERY slow on 3G, which is why I'm deducting 1 star. The pictures never come up when I'm on 3g, but I can still access the other information. I took my boyfriend to an apartment complex and was going to show him the pictures once we got there, so I was a little disappointed. Still, this is a fantastic app for people moving to a city and looking for apartments. I don't really think I'd want to live in a community with manager(s) who aren't in-the-know enough to list in the Apartment Guide.

I think this app is very good. You can find appartments near you, by zip or by city. It gives pretty good informason on appartments.

I just moved into an apartment using this app and I think it's great! Some say don't get it and others swear by it so I gave it a shot (IT'S FREE PEOPLE) and I'm must say I'm a fan. It looks like the app got better now that you can search by price and stuff. Try it... It worked for me.

Found plenty of apartments here in Salt Lake City. I like how it shows prices, phone number of the complexes, and let's you know of they allow pets or not. Good app. Thank you.

I love it the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was becuase I would really like to be able to a search on pet friendly apartments only aswell as key locations fir example bars, stores, malls, bank things like points of interest like on a gps navigation system.
