Thank you, Magic Tap, for helping me escape my troubles with my father, my friend's father, my ex-girlfriend's father, someone I know who annoys me, my teacher, and some other random people who I don't want to talk to! Ever since my iPhone supported apps, I have been dreaming of such an app! It's so realistic! Everyone FALLS for it and I can't believe it! It's well worth and no other app can beat this app!
If I could, I would double the stars I am giving you and make it 10 stars!

This app is all-around amazing, but a couple of suggestions to make it get that fifth star... •Please, please have the actual, interactive "Slide to Unlock" switch that responds to sliding, as well as •Making the keypad, contact [buttons] etc., etc., on the calling screen respond to touch, and •Please allow us to use different wallpapers for the two screens- one for the main "Slide to Unlock" screen, and one for the calling screen; and, lastly, •Make the icon title (on the home screen)/loading screen more discreet. Can't wait to see what you guys do next with this app-an incredibly realistic app! Keep up the great work!!!!

This app truly is amazing and the company behind it really reads these reviews. If you read the review written by +aqua+Thor+, they really took what she said into consideration. The "slide to unlock" is real now, there are 2 different backgrounds, the control pad actually works like an iPhone. (i have a touch) and they changed the name to be more discreet on the home screen. I got the app when it was free, it fooled my friends! +++ and for all you touch users out there, turn the volume on you headphones all the way up, and u can hear the ringtone and tell your friends "the ringer is on quiet" lol

My old review of this was when this released for free, and I could see why. Was pretty unrealistic. NOW THOUGH!!!! v1.1 and now 2 have made this app sooooo much better!!! Setting options are terrific, realism is brill, honestly people it is superb. It was free when it was crap, but it is easy to see why the price has gone up to 59p though. Honestly, it just can't get more realistic than this. DEVELOPERS OF THIS APP!!! I have a suggestion :] usually when the calls are ended, the iPhone user is sent straight to the Phone app. Though nobody would notice this, I would if someone tried to use this app to get away from me!! Even better would be to include a setting if anyone would still rather be guided back to the home screen. Just a small suggestion :] OOO, and turn off the ability for the iPhone to sleep!!!!!!!! Can't really take the fake call when the screen has to be unlocked first!!!!!!

I love this app thanks for making the features more like the iPhone such as the mute add contact hold speaker slide to answer and so on the thing that I'm looking foward to In the next update Is: in call numberpad, when listening to music and activate fake calls when someone fake calls you music fades out and pauses when call is ended music fades back in right where u left off The best app ever 5 stars!!!!!

I think that this is absolutely brilliant! I will give a few points that need to be sorted though, such as the homescreen it doesn't look identical to the real thing. Maybe add an option to change the ringtone too? Perhaps allow to use more buttons such as loud speaker that doesn't do nothing. finally I think that you should just take a leaf at the other simular apps to get more ideas? Overall I think it has great potential! :)

I got it in its free period so I love it anyway :) anywho, I'd say it needs to trash the fakecalls screen, change icon to iPhone phone pic, and I know it is impossible to get iPod music so can you let us choose the ringtone based on sounds you come up with? Like a real phone sound would be totally awesome!!! Also, working buttons/slider would be a HUGE advantage too. I would pay a few bucks for it then!!

JUST ONE SUGGESTION for the next update... Could you please add the functionality to utilize ringtones that you personally downloaded onto the iPhone from ITunes? I created my own ringtone on iTunes that I want to use to make it EXTRA believable. Everyone at work knows my ringtone and did question if I had changed my ringtone when I "suddenly" had an emergency call. Just that one request would make this a 100% PERFECT app! This would finalize the personalization piece by adding your own personal ringtone! I HIGHLY recommend this app to everyone!!! Keep up the FANTASTIC work! 5 Stars!

Handy app to have on your phone. Great joke potential to fake your friends out. I'll be using this as a means to cut long meetings short. Five stars when they implement more ringtones. UPDATED 11/26/08: The latest update brings a bunch of features that complete the illusion. It looks even more convincing as a call now. Very customizable -- really all you need for a perfect fake call except acting skills. Perfect for cutting short long meetings of a date gone horribly awry. Use it once and it's paid for itself.

Forget all the other fake call apps. This is the best one of all the fake call apps! If I could give it more star rating I would! Great work guys!
One small very minor issue though.... depending what size the pic you down load for any of your contacts...this app may make pics a "bit" blurry but not enough to raise suspicion of the fake call...very minor issue..might not even be worth fixing...

Five stars for being able to settle down my three young kids and fool them into thinking SANTA CLAUS IS CALLING TO CHECK IN ON THEM! Oh the wonderful "conversations" I have with him as my three kids listen in to my end of the phone call! I personalized the caller to read SANTA CLAUS and the older two kids read that and let the little one know...The WOW factor alone is enough for five stars! Thanks for giving this mom a much needed sanity break this holiday season!

i keep my ipod touch on european time and when i use this, instead of showing the time as "22:00" it will just say "22"
even if the time is under 12, it will say "9" for "9:00" i switched my ipod touch to american time, and it worked fine. i'd kinda like fix for this!
i'm glad you can choose a background from your pictures, but i'd rather be able to have one of the iphone ringtones (the ipod touch does have those ringtones too, just under alarms)

I think the non-animated unlock bar and function buttons are a good idea, they are a good, discreet way to distinguish your real phone from the app. Here are some popular suggestions: - Let us CHOOSE OUR RINGTONES or have the settings (ringtone, wallpaper etc.) in the app match the settings on our phone. - Have a timer for when to call (Call in one minute, five minutes, maybe even have a slider to choose) Great app.

I was looking for a fake call app for the iphone for AGES to get out of awkward situations. Great start but a couple things to polish up. 1: sleep screen. The clock font is really fake and it would be nice if the slider was animated 2: you should be able to add a "contact picture" when the person calls 3: it would be nice if there could be voice prompts, either prerecorded or DIY so you don't sound too fake Other than that, real good job. Can't wait till the next update

Great idea. Lots of possible uses: bad dates, boring conversations, boring meetings, pranks, etc. I agree there should be an option to select a ring tone. The sliding button on the home screen should have some funtionality like cancelling the fake call before it happens. Also it would be helpful to have the option to select a contact from the contacts list as the incoming call. Gave it 4 stars mainly for the one ring tone which is not very good, other than that is an excellent application. Will be waiting for the update!
