The point of this app is to tell you the weather where you are. These negative reviews are from the coders of other weather apps who obviously don't get it. If your Apple device in incapable of determining your location, please do not buy my app. Just use the apple one. Also, I answer all emails within 12 hours.

Cannot believe how often I use this weather app over all the others I (paid for and) have installed!!First, my friends love the name of it. Seriously, every time I say I'll check the weather they say "Don't Look Outside!" So, I suppose kudos for the catchy name!Second, it really does load quick and that has made such a big difference when I decide which weather app to open. Finally, it always seems to find my current location and somehow knows the current temp within one degree - scary good! I use it constantly.

I downloaded this app, launched it and it located my closest weather station in mere moments. It uses GPS, not the location of the Internet network you are on as stated in another review (??). The opening screen is simply a quick overview of the daily forecast and temps for the week. Tap on the little "i" and you get the buried treasure. Tons of info from your closest station. You have the option to choose other stations in your area as well. You also get animated radar, though not zoomable or panable.
Yes, you can get more refined features of one detail or the other in other weather apps. I know, because I have six others, from Weatherbug Elite to Weather Channel and those in between. I can't find ALL the features I desire in any single app, that's why I have so many. Yes, you can go through Safari to the actual weather sites and search for the info, but this is easier and more concise. This app does what it says and does it well. It gives your local and current weather outlook. More info one the one screen in this app than I've seen in others. I got it free, but it's worth paying for when the devs choose to charge for it. If you want features that a particular app does not offer or advertise, look for an app that does, instead of writing bad reviews.
I've only left one other review in the year I've had my iPhone and I have many apps I love. I just felt it necessary to give a fair review of this one. Anytime you download a new app, it's always best to reboot your phone just prior to and just after downloading an app. Chances are you won't get crashes.

This weather app is EXCELLENT. Finds your current location very quickly. I have used it all over the USA with no problems. I love that when you click on the little i it takes you to Weather Underground and you can put in cities or zips to check other weather. Radar is the best - real time and animated. Best weather app out there (I have several) and it is FREE!

I was so tired of the generic weather app that always tried to place my location in Cupertino or New York every time I reset my ipod (which most of you know, can happen a lot with the ipod touch). It was refreshing to not have to find my location manually, as lazy as that may seem. For someone that travels a lot it was very convenient! Kudos to this app!
