I use the free weather channel app and this. I like this for the nice display of data, the presentation of more weather related data (e.g. Pressure), and more up to date weather data. Weather channel is good for the google radar map that can be panned and zoomed in far and out. If the dev would include a map like weather channel's, and cache weather for offline use like weatherbug so it can be used on an iTouch, this would be great. I don't understand the negative reviews below, this is a good app.

I live in a town of 2,000 people, and in less than a minute I had this set up with a seven day local forecast and regional radar. I really like the detailed forecast it provides. I wouldn't pay $10 for this, but I am sure happy to have it for free!

It found my locataion and gave spacific weather forcasts like where the wind is coming from and how fast and the temp. for the day and the night for seven days. It is better than what the iPod originally comes with.

Perfect! Unlike other weather apps, I can get what I want without having to swipe and click...

Very well done app. It's amazing how many of the weather apps don't provide a text forecast. That's a deal killer for me. Here is an app that shows you current data and below it shows the text forecast for the next seven days. No swiping needed. Just perfect. All of the data comes from the National Weather Service. This is now my main weather app!

Nice application, works as advertised and provides a simple way to view NOAA weather forecasts and current weather date. This is a great tool to use in addition to other weather forecasting tools.

Really efficient info display with full screen moving radar. Radar display could benefit from showing location reference point. I like this app, but the price hike to $10 is hard to understand.

I'm glad I grabbed it when it was free. I can't imagine that anyone would want to pay $10 for this app. It shows you detailed info about the current weather and if you scroll down it will give you additional info on the weather for the next several days. I appreciate the attempt to give as much info as necessary in the forecast, but I really just want the high, low, and precipitation info that I can easily scan through without having to sort thru a paragraph like format. What's the point of going into excrutiating detail about the weather 4 days from now when it is generally difficult to forecast accurately beyond 2-3 days anyways? Radars would be nice and will apparently come in updates. The option to switch to other cities without having to go back to the home screen would also be an improvement. In summay, this is a mediocre app that has a lot of potential if the developers bring it up to par with my standard weather app (which is free but annoyingly ad supported) The Weather Channel. I understand that this is only version 1.0 and remain optimistic.

I love getting my weather info from the NOAA site, however the motion radar does not work on the iPod Touch version of Safari. So I was very excited to see an app that would show me what I am looking for in a weather report.
That said, I have a couple things to mention.
1) Using your support website, I submitted a question about a week ago and have not received so much as an automated response back yet.
2) Feature requests;
A) I would like to be able to change radar stations when I view the radar. Currently when I enter my home location, the radar station that I get is to the east. 90% of the weather in my town comes from the west.
B) I would like the app to "cache" the last update. Even if I am not near a hot spot, I could then see the extended forecast.

Hello time delay

Current says last updated July 6th it's July 11th...??? It's over 80 degrees here and the current is showing 57, like I said from 5 days ago. I like the GUI though that's why I gave it another star, seriuos update needed, stat

I live in Phoenix, AZ and we have over one hundred days of 100 degree temps, however current daily tempatures in this app only show 99 degrees or less. Once it reaches 100 degrees, current temp shows 1--- . I would really like to know if it's 101 or 110. Needs an update for hot climates.

This sounded GREAT! Must have been all a show! Glad we didn't pay for it & got it free from appsniper. The weather is usually WRONG. The temps rarely correct. No even the current temp. & the radar. Let's talk about it. The severe weather boxes show up on my husband's map all the time. Even when it's CLEAR! I've never seen them on mine. Not even when weather warnings are out! We've deleted & reinstalled & it still is junk. I'll just keep my accuweather. We had high hopes for this radar! Too bad o can't leave ZERO stars!

7/24/09 price is getting better but the free weather applications are still the way to go. Not worth it get a free one they are all better than this one. 1 star for this awsome application....NOT!!!!!!

Does not work for very long

Each time I open the app I can only use it for a short time berfor it exits by itself! I've already installed it twice! At least I didn't pay for it.
